Unfortunately a very bad experience with this company. after my moped was hit by an ACTION truck, it had not seen the moped when reversing. (this was insured with TVM)
As a result of which there was a damage of 700, unfortunately I got a cloth for the bleeding of 140 because it was not proven that the damage was caused by the truck (valuation costs 35 must still subtract from the 140) I am not to blame but it costs me a lot of money! Thanks TVM

Similar experience to Bisseling. I had requested in writing to adjust the annual mileage of my passenger car policy. After 11 days I will receive a letter that my insurance is terminated (!!). Apparently I have already driven uninsured for 5 days without knowing this. I nevertheless gave 3 stars, because I have never had any problems with TVM in 20 years. Office lady has since apologized.

Friendly staff. Claim was handled quickly and satisfactorily.
