After my previous bus company significantly raised their rates, I was looking around for a new company for our charter trips to NYC. I was extremely pleased after choosing Tuxedo Tours as our solution. Larry, our driver, was very friendly and considerate as well as a great driver. He arrived early and always helped people boarding and exiting the bus. The trip went very smoothly and I will definitely work with them again.
Very disappointed with owners lack of response. Cancelled my reservation in March for a mid May trip, which I am sure has been cancelled. He will not return texts or messages left and has not refunded payments.
