For the last four years (12 times) I've taken my son here for all of his school dances and events. Even if there was a last minute change they have always been helpful. I highly recommend them.

I will never use this place again. The employees didnt pay attention to my needs and my husband's tux didn't fit on our wedding day.

John (the owner) is an incredibly nice and helpful man. Initially I went in and got fit for my outfit for a wedding. The day before the wedding I got my suit and there were a few problems with length and general fit of some of the items. John came in the next day at 7:00 in the morning to help fix the problem. He set me up with a suit that fit perfectly and he gave me a discount for the trouble. I could not be more happy with the service that Tux-N-Tails offered.

Thought it was okay at first when I came in last week to reserve a tux for my son. Then I had to cancel the reservation and I notice on their receipt it says thirty dollars is none refundable. Okay so I am out $30 not liking it but oh well it's on the receipt. I go in to cancel and get my refund and the clerk tells they don't give cash refunds. I told her I am not asking for a cash refund just put the difference on my card. She states that we do not do that and we don't give refunds only store credit. She also said there is a sign on the wall and points to it. I saw the sign only after she pointed it out Then I told her you have all kinds of signs on the wall. Their wall is clutter with signs that have sayings on them and the no refund only store credit sign is hidden by all the clutter they have on their walls. I told them what am I going to do with store credit? She shrugged her shoulders. I told her I am not happy about losing out on $30 but you have that on your receipt. I did not see the sign on the wall and it was not was it brought to my attention. Plus the sign was in small print. I was prepared for the $30 but I was not going to lose out on the $121 difference. I told her I was not leaving until I get a refund. She said had to call the owner I told go ahead. After speaking with the owner, they were going to issue me a check. But they had to call their accountant so they can issue the check and that can take 5-10 business days. It has been 3 days so far and waiting to see if they come through. One of the disadvantages of living in a small town with independent owners that try to steal money from their customers because they don't want to give refunds. How can someone think they have the right to run a business where they don't have to give refunds so they don't lose out on money? Every where you go if you want a refund, you get a refund. I am not coming back only when they call me for my check. I do not recommend because of this.

Shirt's a little too big/long length-wise and fits too loose around the stomach area, for my liking (I prefer a little tighter fit). The neck size is good (they measured me) and the sleeve length is ok.

They only have one selection/type of tuxedo shirt.

Employees are friendly and helpful on mooney. I give 2 thumbs up to the owner and his employee Elaine for her help and assistance:)

Bree helped me out with picking attire for an upcoming wedding, and she was amazing. Boy does she know her stuff. Knew my exact size just with a glance! Her advice and knowledge made the process fun and easy. If you're not using this place, you're missing out.

Well organized and clean store. Staff is very friendly. Every experience I have ever had (4 visits) has been amazing! Prices are on the high side.

Any time I need a suit or tux I hit up this place! The staff is helpful and can always hook me up with exactly what I need. Prices are great, have 2 location for convenience, and can work miracles at the last minute. Highly recommend!!!!!

Seems very expensive to rent a basic tux. Can practically buy one for less.

I was charged a deposit as soon as I showed up just to try on my shirt and jacket. I guess the service was good.

Staff is really helpful in finding a tuxedo for what you're looking for.
