I met with Tia a few weeks ago and I can tell you one thing this is a company that truly cares about their employees. It takes a village to run a business and that village is made up of employees and to make all of the moving pieces of the village work together the village mayor must care. This is the worst I have ever had the chance to work for. I was hired by Patti in the office to be an excavator Operator in Southern CA. Turner flew me out their, that s when I learned the real details of the job.
I was hired in at 24 an hour. No per diem but hotel is paid for. The superintendent didn t have an open excavator position open so I was told that I d have to drive a truck, no problem however my pay would be only 16 an hour.
They tell you that you get to come home every 3 months but what they don t tell you is you have to pay to get home and return. The company only pays for you to go home 2 times a year and it is still your responsibility to get back to the job site. What a joke
