Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant Review

The best option for now!

It cools my home, powers my car, cooks my food, lights the dark, pumps and heats my water, the list is endless... Someday we will have solar, or fusion, or something else, but for these past decades, Turkey Point was our best option. And while it is always a concern it has so far been operated safely. Let's rejoice in its success.

I have always been fascinated about Nuclear power of all kinds. As a child we fished in the cooling canals of old and new model c. I Love watching the new mini series of Chernobyl on H.B.O. and was surprised at the level of truth that came out from such a Network. Nuclear Power is the only future that can solve our energy problems when fossil fuels run out. It took millions of years to create that oil, that natural gas, that coal. We will run out of all fossil fuels before the entire planet is submerged in water I am guessing. Nuclear power is It. And it will get safer. Thorium reactors and maybe other designs can also solve our safety issues. If only we can find away to be free people all over this world and not use this wonderful gift to destroy ourselves in the design of Weapons. My Step father worked as a Carpenter at Turkey Point and I was able to attend a BBQ when I was about 10 years old and I thought it was cool. We need more Safe Nuclear Power plants. P.S. and thanks for those cheap electric bills.

I love using electricity for many of my needs. TV, Computer, Internet, watching movies, running my Air Conditional(a must in South Florida) I find that the power generated from Nuclear power has a much bolder, richer and crisper texture and feel then the unreliable power from other methods.
For now on, I demand that my power always be nuclear, its the energy of the future, Today.
