Turf valley resort Reviews

Here for four day conference. Due to lingering COVID protocols, no room cleaning unless requested. Daily conference breakfast individually wrapped sandwiches, so so at best. Today's lunch was very poor, wrapped sandwiches on bread tasting weeks old. Appeared to two straps of bacon, tomato on dry bread. Vegetable wrap was like mush. Very poor food preparation for a resort.....

During my friend's wedding weekend, we stayed at Turf Valley Resort, a hotel with a restaurant, spa and golf course. There were different sets of elevators for bridal/groom suites and hotel guests.

The room we stayed in had two double beds and a walkout balcony with a nice view of the golf course. I didn't like how the balcony was small and narrow. It wasn't good for people who are afraid of heights.

The room was spacious and the furnishings (e.g., beds, pillows, chair, workstation) were comfortable. I liked how the pillows were fluffy and of high quality and how the room had two sinks - one in the bathroom and one in the room. The room was equipped with a K-Cup machine with tea and coffee pods.

Everything was great. We had the executive room with a king size bed. The bed was super comfy. The pillows are so fluffy you sink in them, so if your a side or belly sleeper you could almost suffocate. Bring your pillow in that case. The room was clean. Bathroom was really nice. The shower was absolutely amazing. The men had a great time on the golf course. The kids had a blast in the outdoor pool and loved the glass elevator. The food was good at the restaurant. The front desk people were all very polite. I was only disappointed that Alexandrias didn't serve breakfast the days we were there so we didn't get breakfast in bed. But all together it was a great trip.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. On site restaurant is good but predictably pricey. Daily maid service is suspended due to lingering COVID-19 concerns. Pretty grounds if you like golf courses.

Great went there for a wedding awesome food they have a spa heated pool and jacuzzi beautiful golf course and a weight room

We had a good time, everything was as expected. Service, staff, food, etc were all very nice and helpful. We were there for a wedding and it went very smooth.

Atmosphere is great. Dining was good. Salmon was over cooked can't say that would happen every time. Service was excellent.

A little outdated, but everything is spot on. Front desk very professional and polite. Restaurant on the ground floor is a great place to have lunch or dinner. Rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. I recommend this place

I was here for a conference and went down to the restaurant area for.the breakfast buffet. I sat there for more than 10 minutes without anyone server approaching me about a drink. After 12 minutes, I stopped a server and asked if I am supposed to get my own (pwrhaps I misunderstood the hostess). He said "No, I'll get it. Just water, right?"
I said "Water and orange Juice please". Several minutes go by and he drops it off at the table. That was the only time anyone stopped by my table. I wasn't asked if I needed anything and the check was dropped off while I was eating and out of drinks. I wasn't offered a refill or anything else for that matter. Caucasian male with a ponytail was the server. There were approx 3 tables per server and my service was exactly zero. Terrible service and the food was just ok.
