I recently had the chance to collaborate with a team that specializes in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering. While they have some innovative technologies, my overall experience was not quite satisfactory. Communication could have been clearer, and timelines seemed to stretch longer than expected. The quality of some products also did not meet my high standards. I believe there's potential for improvement in their processes. 🤔🔧

Make great precision components. Top notch programming and engineering. An owner that has a great core philosophy, but the philosophy does not trickle down properly like it should.
The majority of the work has been fine tuned and is in automated production, which leaves very little for advancement. Because of the automation the people hired are very replaceable and treated like such.
If you have a degree and have experience I recommend working here. This is a good place to go to pasture. If you're new to the game go work elsewhere.

I answer an ad for machine operator trainee. Receive notice of interest from company. Basically turns into E-mail tag just to be informed that I cannot be interviewed. Why? Because time I am available for interview is to late in spite of the notice I was E-mailed telling me that interviews were happening at that time. Reason I do not have broader availability, had only one days notice of interview! Suggest if this company is going to try to hire people last minute you have a means of actually talking to someone, not E-mails that cannot be responded to and phone numbers that only go to voice mail!
