Tulsa Foot and Ankle Clinic Review

Normal wait time is 1 hour in the waiting room then another hour or more in the exam room. One nurse told me this is below her pay grad . Uptight staff.

In total, I've been to Tulsa Foot and Ankle clinic about 10 times. 6 times as a patient, myself, and 4 times bringing my father. Overall the staff act very friendly and seem to enjoy taking the time to do a good job. Before coming to Dr. Lee, I'd been to three other foot clinics, two in Tulsa and one in Owasso. Two other places told me I'd need a rather expensive surgery either in a hospital or a surgery center and one other place tried to sell me what looked like an over sized pair of "boat" shoes. Dr. Lee said he could try to fix my painful bent toe in his office. Long story short...Dr. Lee and Tulsa Foot and Ankle did straighten my toe in the office and saved me a trip top the hospital. Dr. Lee helps my father, also, with minor treatments and shoe adjustments.

I can tell they do A LOT of minor office operations in this place and what I got out of it was a much straighter toe that fits in my regular shoes without needing to break any of my toe bones. I probably should update in another 6 months or year but so far, its been 1 month and I'm already wearing my regular shoes....So, yes I'd say that I'm very SATISFIED with my little toe operation.

I couldn t disagree more with the reviews before mine. The workers were nice but the doctor, Dr.. Lee, was not even cordial. I rushed to get there early. Filled out paperwork I could have completed prior. Was called, weighed, evaluated by a very nice assistant, then sat in the room for a very long time. When the doctor finally arrived,, he didn t even bother to introduce himself. He said very little during his appearance (though I tried many times to make small talk) and left bruises that are still on my ankle six weeks later. He left saying he would return but 20 plus minutes later he hadn t returned from the restroom I was told. I got up to leave and on my way out, the receptionist stopped me and found the assistant I was working with who went to find the doctor. He emerged from his office covered in crumbs and asked me back to the exam room while his asst brushed crumbs off his shirt. He needled the cyst on my foot and declared it was pressing on a nerve, was benign and there was nothing in there. He also said I would need surgery. Great! I do not recommend this practice. They were horrible to me and I will not return. Post log: My new doctor WAS able to remov a substance from the cyst

Dr. Lee is the best, I highly recommended Dr. Lee to all my friends and family hands down! They are amazing, they give you Great service overall! And I just Love his staff. I have never been to a Doctors office that makes you feel so welcome that you feel like family. They make you feel so comfortable, and calm you down if you are worried at all. I love that they have an X-Ray onsite, and if you are worried about anything they will take care of it that day, and not make you come back, unless you want to, I had to have foot surgery and didn't want to go to the operating room so he said they would try a simple procedure in the office, and I haven't had any problems since. Great experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First we waited 2.5 hours. It was an appointment for my 5 year old plus I have a 5 month old. Needless to say it wasn't enjoyable to wait that long. When I first got there it took over 5 minutes for anyone to ask if I had been helped. 3 women stared at me but never offered to check us in. Then there tiny waiting room was packed & so we had to sit on the couch, which had bugs. So then I had to stand with my children & fill out paperwork. Then we waited. Twice we asked how much longer. Both time she said 20 minutes. That was a lie both times. Finally we got to the room. It was 5pm. The Dr came in & asked the nurse/tech whatever she is who was working the front desk she said nobody so he had her go answer phones. Then he came in for 2 seconds & my son was crying he was scares it was going to hurt. The Dr basically made fun of him. & shrugged off the fact that I told him we had been there for 2.5 hours. Then another girl came in & said "some lady just got off work & wants to come in like we don't have office hours" extremely unprofessional. The entire staff sucked. I will never go back.

I am thankful for Dr Lee and his nurse. Yes there is always a wait period in the office. But he is worth the wait to me. He has saved my feet. When I went to him 3 years ago I was in so much pain. Now my right foot is healed 100%. Now my left is done and I cant wait to be able to run again. Thank you Dr Lee and Nurses.

Double and triple book patients. Bring your lunch. Never less than 1 hour wait if your lucky.

This clinic and Dr. Lee are really awsome good people. I'm posting this review because this is the COOLEST office I've ever been to and they really worked with ME and cured the corn between my toes.

At first when Dr. Lee said my corn was a bone spur that needed to be worked on, I wasn't with that idea. But they were so friendly and relaxed about everything that I finely agreed to have the bone spur removed. It took him like 5 minutes to shave the bone and it was so numb that I didn't even feel it when he did it. I only needed the pain pills for one day afterward. Now it's like PERFECT! This is a really good clinic for big babies like me.

For nearly 30 years I've been trying to dig what I was told by several other dr.s was a corn on of the bottom of my foot in the ball portion, Dr. lee took quick look and recognized this was not a corn it was infact a bone deformity we did a procedure in office to give some relief but discussed surgery being an option. the in office procedure did provide a great amount of relief but not for very long maybe a couple weeks and was painful to walk again. I Had my surgery this past friday. although sore from surgery which is to be expected; I am so relieved to know its been fixed and I will not be dealing with that painful (not a corn) again. Thank you so much to Tulsa foot and ankle for their accurate thoughtful quick remedy.!!! cant wait to wear my heels again! and looking forward to getting that right foot done next!

Best Podiatrist in town, very knowledgeable. I feel a million times better since seeing Dr. Lee. His Staff is great, they are very helpful, welcoming, and cheerful. I will be going back.
