I have stayed here multiple times and have found consistently good results. I think there are a few classes of rooms, but if found in the updated side, it is nice. I rated 4 stars because On this trip I needed to move rooms because of the lack of water shower pressure, but new room was great. The sheets and towels are great and the residence bar and restaurant make a consistent meal. I especially like the Irish Whiskey selection and the staff is great. Most nights the bar is busy!

I haven't had the pleasure of staying here yet, but I must say, it is a very good hotel. I went to a toy show that was on in october 2016 which I enjoyed very well with my family, then after that I had dinner at the hotel which was great. I've went there once or twice before that and then again once after that in december of 2020 when I came back from galway, and the food was great. i would really recommend eating here.

Lovely hotel. Staff are great, friendly and very accommodating. Felt really safe, they enforce wearing face coverings. Everything is spotless, well organised and very calm. Food is delicious. Planing my next trip down already!

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Staff are just unbelievable helpful, Rooms are fantastic. Big, clean, great WiFi (that is important). Food in the bar & restaurant is great & very good value. Pool & Gym open until 10pm even at the weekends & a great Town. What more could you want.

Room was spacious, clean and tide. Location is excellent. However, the room didn't have ac, for the price I was surprised. But that wasn't a deal breaker. The worst part was the restaurant. I know that's separate from the hotel, but since it was included in the deal I consider it part of the experience. The good was OK, but the service was awful. Took ages to be able to order and finally get what you ordered. It was 1h30 and we only had one course. We had to stand up to get a waiter to finally be served. And the bill they included everything instead of just the drinks, because the rest was included in the deal. When I got out of the restaurant I thought it was over, but then they tried to recharge for the drinks again at checkout. Will not come back...
