Love all there products and all there different finishes.

Called them for faulty bad high torque I purchased from them for a refund or any help. And they came up with all kinds of excuses. Won't be buying this brand again

Was looking for a replacement for a bad powermaster alternator. Asked for the closed equivalent and was basically told they don't make a product for my application. I spoke to a retailer and the made a recommendation. If this is what pre-sales tech support is like what is after sales going to be like?

Products are priced super high, highest i ever seen or purchased. But it was chrome. So i paid. Then i was stuck on the side of the road. Just getting my money back is not worth it. Stay away do not purchase

Great alternator. Charges great even at idle with my electric fan and lights on. Black powder coat finish is excellent and I like that I can one wire or use like factory. Also great price only about 40-50 bucks more then a rebuilt on from some chain auto parts store Chinese rebuilt ones. I like the fact it s American made.

I bought a March Performance pulley and bracket kit that included a Tuff Stuff alternator. I had an issue with the pulley nut coming loose and off, it was likely my fault. I needed a new pulley nut and washer and March Performance was no help, I called Tuff stuff and they took care of me.
Dominick immediately shipped a new nut and washer at no charge. I offered to pay and he just shipped it for free, talk about great customer service.
