There was a problem with the collection of the ticket that we had with my girlfriend for a domestic flight, so we ran out of tickets.
Florencia Blas, from this branch, contacted us and recommended the steps to follow. We finally got the same ticket (day and time) at the same price.
Yes, days later, two other TTS employees, separately, sent us repeated emails to confirm the flight, when we had already confirmed it. They should better organize internal records.

We had a problem with the payment of the flight that had not been made correctly, they immediately communicated and solved it and we were able to travel without problems to Iguazu Falls with my boyfriend. They gave immediate answers and solved everything.
Only detail: they have to organize the system a little because they sent us a change in the schedule several times different people which scared us.
