Great place to work. Very hands-on experience for engineers.

Hands down the abosoletly worst corporation I've ever worked for. First off, you'll be able to tell by your first orientation the type of company this is. It's a bunch of bottom feeders from the top down.
I applied because I saw the banner on foothills blvd. They got exactly what they needed. I'm talented and motivated.
During my 94 days of employment there. I saw six temps quit, and two no longer show due to back issues.
Here are the facts, you walk 12 miles a day back and forth thru the fab. You'll be lifting pods that weigh on average 10 lbs continually (depending on the lots size.) Surpervisors are spineless piss ants with zero communication or motivation style. They know who they are.
The vision for this place is so beyond reality... I double dog dare you to work for this bizzare sweat shop.
Pls feel free to update this post on your experiences there.I won't even speak on how I was personally bullied by a 50 yr old Indian woman they call POC. I would never stoop to her level.
This place is so desperate for people it's nuts.
Do yourself a favor and skip this dump. Better yet research the law suites they've had.

Be careful if you decide to work here, They treat their contract workers with no respect of state and federal laws. They hire with discriminatory hiring practices. Their "orientation" is disorganized, the people they chose to lead their orientation moans and complains "I'm so tired" with the only reason they chose to lead the orientation is because they get a short work day. Their supervisors are like "Do as I say, not as I do" so I hope you can overlook hypocrisy
