Very good hotel near the city center and the metro stations. Cleaning every day, maybe the rooms could be bigger. Breakfast is very good and the stuff is very helpful.

Great Hotel, it is not far from the center of the city. Very lovely staff. The room was well done with big and clean bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good with various dishes. We had to checkout very early in the morning before breakfast starts. So, they prepared everything from calling the taxi, prepared the breakfast in boxes for us and printed the tickets. I would recommend this hotel easily.

Convenient location as; metro, bus stop, tram stop, currency, supermarket, snack bars are all short walk away. If you fancy a decent long walk to city centre this is perfect as you can pass through a variety of areas and discover some amazing places in return. Hotel itself has all the immediate facilities such as parking (10EUR p/n), bar and restaurant. Though I would stay at Hotel again, I wouldn't however go for either half or full board - bed and breakfast is enough as menu choose for the HB or FB is not really good and very limiting. Plus you don't want to feel obliged to come back to Hotel for dinner or lunch for such a poor menu choice and would rather feel content eating some great food outside. Hotel has luggage storage facility which is great and staff can advise on local excursions, vehicle hire as well as taxi bookings. Staff are very friendly and rooms are cleaned everyday - although one thing I found very annoying is that if we were to take items in our rooms from breakfast or dinner such as bowl of fruit, jelly, dessert or hot beverage, the plates and crockery would continue to remain in your bedroom. TV choice is okay nothing great but we never watched TV. Though the bathroom was great, and we had a walk in rainfall shower, the shower itself kept overflowing and it was clear that it's maintenance was poor. So I had to remove the top circular lid and ensure the water is drained faster so that you are not standing in your own dirty water. I'm giving it a 3 star because I feel a little let down for a 4 star hotel, i feel like most things are there and offered as part of service just for the sake of having a 4 star status and nothing else. The hotel needs some work on improvement, but in terms of the quality of the staff - all were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Though some may argue that Czar is in central Lisbon and you can't compare it to a resort with a 4 star rating who have a spa, pool and gym facilities with free parking (like we did in Sintra region) but I still feel that a 4 star rating is a 4 star rating, regardless of being in the City or outskirts. Super comfortable bed! Big and nice rooms. The food is not the best for vegetarians but it is okay.

Very nice hotel with a decent sized room. Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Didn t have breakfast here because it was too expensive and didn t seem to offer a lot of variety.

This Hotel is Stunning, absolutely will return and in the centre of Lisbon. Breakfast in the Morning, Clean room every day but could be improved as they miss some, A safe to keep your valuables, fridge, Own shower. 24/7 open gym. And staff are always thier to help with any problems you have 24/7. I wanna say big thank you to them for making me feel at home in the hotel.
