Lots of help finding the right parts without model#

Always a quick and easy experience with these folks. Have ordered and picked up many a freezer/fridge/ice machine, and every time the unit was ready to go and quickly loaded into my truck. No qualms here. And the appliances have always been reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.

For Truckers no overnight parking but quick unload.

Placed at order with a parts rep for 40 freezer shelves who verified that these were sold in packs of 4. When I arrived for pick up they delivered 10 total shelves with the response of yeah I guess that s how they come. Online pricing through other vendors for similar items at a fraction of the cost. Poor experience and limited urgency from those on site.
