Trustpoint hospital Review

Without going into too much detail
This has been one of the best experiences for one of our relatives. The nursing staff, the Doctors, have been top notch, & eager to help. The atmosphere isn t depressing either. Our experience was one of hope & that things would improve for our relative, soon.

Medications were adjusted, talk sessions were done, group sessions were enjoyable & our relative came home feeling much better.

I realize every one with mental health issues have it at different levels
some worse than others. Even so, I really don t know why so many other reviews are so negative as we didn t experience any negativity at all. My hope isn t for a repeat visit, but IF necessary, this facility would be my first choice even though it s a distance away from where we live.

Oh & the food was excellent!

Female techs screwing male patients. Techs using internet on floor. Smokin
on breaks. No water when asked for it. Baths denied. Doctor made rounds at 2-3 am. This place is here to juice your insurance. DISTRUST POINT. GO TO HELL. All staff should be brought up on criminal charges. I challenge trustpoint to respond to this and all corroborating negative ratings. Shame on you

So disappointed that this hospital is closing their ClearPath clinic! This placed helped my child so much! Dr Patel was Awesome! Gave my son confidence and helped release his anxiety better! Now your closing the BEST thing that has helped my son! Hope you will fix this issue! Very disappointed!

**My stay was 6/9/21 to 6/19/21** Thank you Trustpoint for putting me on new medication. The only reason that this review is four stars instead of five is because of substandard communication with my outpatient psychiatrist. Otherwise, this was a wonderful facility. I stayed in TPMU for two days and then ADU 2 for the rest of my stay. I want to thank the tech, Haley, for making me feel comfortable and being so kind. I really felt like I could confide in her (and I did) and I hope she gets deserved recognition. My social worker, who I do not remember the name of, was also very kind and helpful. Haley and my social worker helped me to apply for TennCare when I was afraid I couldn't afford my hospital bill. My social worker walked me through the process and Haley sat with me as I filled the sheet out. Please give the staff of ADU 2 my thanks because all of them were amazing. Unfortunately I wasn't in TPMU long enough to really know any of the staff, but I never had any problems with them. One lady even got me some clothes so I could change out of my scrubs! How sweet!

The only complaint I have is that the food is a little off-putting for a picky-eater, but you can't really complain about that in a hospital, especially when my dietary restrictions were met.

Dr. Patel and the staff at Trustpoint are remarkable to work with! It was the much needed intervention for our family member. The whole atmosphere is very calming and safe. We highly recommend and will always return here if future needs arise. Great experience for our family in our crisis situation!

The technicians, nurses, social workers, doctors, students, and everyone else involved were so caring. They always tried to make sure every kid in the adolescent unit felt safe. They always checked in on us and made sure we were okay. If something bad happened they would offer one on ones and other resources. The group therapy and activities were very fun and helped me see some light in the darkness. We got to go outside. We also had music therapy as well. They paid close attention to behavioral changes in the patients and they were always helpful in making sure we ate enough and participated. If you chose to not participate they definitely do not punish you at all. They comfort you and try to talk. :) they give great coping skills and encourage you to stay hygienic even if you feel unmotivated. they are also good at giving medication and keep track of side effects. It s very nice to have people that actually show so much dedication and care when you think you aren t worth anything..

I cannot believe you are closing the ClearPath offices. My son has done phenomenal while under the care of your physicians in this office.

ClearPath is been such a blessing to our family and now we feel we will suffer a major setback because you are taking and changing his environment. The knowledge of our son knowing that he will no longer be going to see Dr Patel on a weekly basis has added undo anxiety to him. Trust point of all hospitals should understand how change can effect the mental health of a special needs child. This setback measured in time when it comes to finding another doctor that fits his need could be months before he gets back to the point of moving forward.

I wish you would reconsider and keep the ClearPath offices open not only for my sons mental health but for the many patients that now feel that Trustpoint has turned their back on them.

In summer of 2019 I stayed here for a week and it s the first place I actually got some real help for my mental health. I had spent another week a month before, in a horrible mental health facility and it was the worst experience ever! Trustpoint helped me know that there are still good mental health professionals out there. So much love and respect to the staff and even the friends I made in my unit. If I ever need mental health help again I d check myself back in to Trustpoint in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

My mom is a patient here. There visitation policy right now has got to be the worst. Two visitors per day and not at the same time. I work at a local rehabilitation hospital and our policy isn t nearly as strict. Our facility understands how important the interactions patients have with their families is.If I knew the visitation policy beforehand she wouldn t have came here.

I was sent to Trust Point for Rehab after a lower left leg amputation. All the staff at this facility are top notch. They were always on time with my pain management medication so I was never in pain. The nurses and technicians were kind and courteous, and very professional. All my physical therapist were great, and I really want to give them special thanks for helping me gain my strength and confidence to take care of myself when I return home. This is an outstanding facility with outstanding people. I gave a well deserved 5 STARS. Thank You.
