Building without anything exceptional on the other hand on the 18th floor you will find a library "the Japan Foundation" full of books on Japan but also a corner of manga books which made my son happy for a whole afternoon and books in English and possibility to learn Japanese

High end condo, quiet with easy access to one of the popular malls in the city. Mid valley mega mall, the garden and cititel. Mostly rented by working professionals and expats. Ideal for single or couple or a small family. Close to bangsar south, kl sentral and city centre. The interior is spacious. High quality finishing. Condo facilites are standard, gym swimming pool and small garden. Security srrvices are tight and card access only. The fully furnished units are tastefully done. The view is looking out to kuala lumpur and pj area. A bit steep on the rental and high return for home owner. Nortpoint is a good place to stay.

Well maintained condominium but too expensive to rent or buy. Very near public transportation and mall.

Near KTM MidValley station, easy access for Megamall

I wish my office is situated here. Those posh restaurants and cafes are so instagram-able looking

The worst condominium in well developed country. Every werkend the management will shut down the water with reason of maintenance or whatsoever, but lasting for months. No solution at all but leaving all the residents without water supply during weekend.

Just a corporate office tower, that beside the mall.

Full fledged residences with in house gym. Units have great view of the city skyline. One of KLs largest shopping mall just beside it.

Not many shops here except for some beauty businesses, hair and spa. Parking is limited and expensive but an option in case midvalley mall parking is full

Well managed office and residents mix building. Security is good, confortable environment.

Bad building management with slow in responding to complaints

The block a lobby lift to the car park is forever under maintenance. Rosak means rosak la. Apa maintenance. Worst still, no sign telling users from p2 that both lift are out of order. People just stood and wasting time waiting for life that will never come by.

Great to have shopping and eateries right at your doorstep where you work.

The location is very good but the service is lauzy.

Not enough parking, bad qualiy lift and escalator, break down always

I happen to lost in this particular place today and it's empty and quite deserted. The security guard aren't helpful most probably due to language barrier.

There is a link bridge between Northpoint Residence & Mid Valley Megamall.

Ideal place to drop off and pick up passengers. Taxi, grab and other ehailing.

Has the apple service center and the service was nice
