My friend works with trustaff & sent my resume to her bosses to help me get a job with them. The first time they responded I did Skype call & a 45 min shadow with one of the employees. I thought I had the job until I didn t hear back from them until I emailed them myself to ask about the application process, turns out they already filled the position. Then I got another call from them, did a phone interview then never heard back from them not even any email. Then the second time they called me, the guy was really nice & I told him everything that happened before with not getting responses back & completely understood, did a phone interview & got an email that they are continuing their search. So why am I getting contacted still for a job when apparently positions are filled????? A whole 2 month circle they had me running.

Hands down would recommend this travel agency to ANY nurse looking for high quality, trustworthy, transparent travel nurse recruiters. If you proceed with trustaff- ASK FOR BEN AS YOUR RECRUITER!! I ve been with trustaff for two years. I couldn t find rates or a recruiter that could even compare to Ben at trustaff. Any small hiccups in contracts, pay, compliance issues- he managed and took care of immediately. Always texted and called to check in on me. Another thing I really appreciated about trustaff which I think is very hard to find with other agencies is the complete transparency when it comes to pay. You never feel taken advantage of or stiffened when it comes to pay. Ben truly cares about his nurses and you can tell he puts 110% effort into his job.
