Say what you will about the man, the hotel is run very well. Honeymooned here and it was very nice.

Amazing food, breathtaking view! Absolutely order the s'mores, so worth it. The presentation was amazing.

Hotel was very nice, everything was new and in perfect working order. The room was very spacious and relaxing. Only downside is cost, would have liked to order room service but at 8 dollars for a bagel no thanks.

Wonderful, wonderful, just wonderful. We were just here over the weekend for a little getaway for my husband and I and it was just bliss. This place is so beautiful, we had a spa suite overlooking the river, city and the lake! Just beautiful. Every little detail in the suite was just pure elegance. From the moment we drove up to valet, to the moment we drove out we were treated like VIP! It was so totally worth it! Parents, you need a night if not a weekend away with your hunny and if not here has to be somewhere that will put you mind and body at ease. aaaaaah, we will be back for my birthday in April.

Nice Clean Hotel! Love the bathroom mirrors with the tv built in. For such a high price some water should be included in the fridge, literally $6 for a mini water! We were well taken care of by staff they were very personable. There was some confusion about the "complementary" pasteries and coffee. We were told upon check in to enjoy complementary coffee and pasteries in the morning and the girl serving them to us stated muffins and coffee was included for guests of the hotel and then handed us a bill after we took a muffin saying that only the coffee was complementary. I was a little mad we were told by 2 employees that it was included and then we were handed a bill and charged for the items. I was surprised a high end hotel like this did not have a hot tub in pool area. We were slightly disappointed for the cost but it was a nice hotel the scent in the hotel was very appealing as well.

Great drinks and views. Waiter was very pleasant and even gave us a free drink so we could try one of every kind for this special they were having.

The restrooms are really dirty, but the staff was really friendly!

Went to go to the Terrace, it was very expensive. Not worth it.

I visit the Trump hotel everytime I am in Chicago. Even if I'm not staying there, it's a beautiful building to visit.

We were just passing through sightseeing, but it's a beautiful building. Everyone inside was very kind and accomidating.

Mediocre experience. Relies too much on the Trump name to give it panache, but it is entirely lacking personality in terms of design and a sense of elegance. Lobby crowded and loud rather than feeling like an oasis, which is what I expect from hotels at this level of expense. Next time I will stay at the Four Seasons, Park Hyatt or Ritz Carlton.

At the end of the day, great people and great service makes the difference.

Outstanding accommodations, with one exception. Sliding barn doors have no place anywhere near a bathroom. Otherwise... incredibly luxurious, great views city side, great temperature control, great lighting. Aside from the room, the cocktails at Rebar are excellent, and the staff there is very accommodating.

The Concierge went to great lengths to find a way to get our car detailed while we did other things. Really outstanding work.

Stopped in for a drink and to take in the view. The bar was hard to locate on our own but the staff was friendly and helpful to get us there.

Nice tower, i must stay here if i come next time to check out the place but as a view from outside its awesome looking.

This is hands down the finest hotel in all of Chicago!

Not a fan. For this price, I should have had a much more memorable experience. Food was fine but boring, and service was clumsy -- the various servers seemed to always be tripping over each other.

I also found the atmosphere to be lacking. Very big, open space -- not intimate or romantic.

If you want an amazing dinner in this price range, book Alinea instead.

Posting specifically about the Terrace rooftop. It was a lovely night to sit outside for a drink, and the view was spectacular, but the service was quite slow. We had to go to the bar to get anyone s attention even-though plenty of servers walked right past our table. And because the bartender was the one that took our order, he had to keep coming back to our table to serve us as the night went along. Otherwise it was a decent nightcap spot.

Just used the parking. Typical big building lot with sharp winding ramps. Worked out fine. Good price thru an app and very convenient location.

Very well located, irreproachable service. Spacious room, fantastic bed. This is a great hotel for business traveling (I prefer smaller and more private hotels when I'm on vacation)
