Only really saw the casino and a couple of the restaurants, but a very cool experience. Loved all of the rock and roll memorabilia scattered throughout. Tons of slots and gaming tables.

I have a Rock Royalty Wild Card which I received on opening day. That came with 2 tickets to see Howie Mandel. I love Howie Mandel and was very excited to go see his show. I received notification via e-mail for the showing yesterday for the showing of 7/2 and 7/3/18. I went on vacation yesterday out of State, so I cannot go to the shows this week, or in one or two days assigned. So, I called the Casino and spoke to a girl there. She was not helpful, non caring about my situation stated those were the days assigned and she could not change them. I explained that I really wanted to see the show, if he was going to have more shows later on could they give me a different day. She was very stern in stating no, no, no, to everything. I thought that as a Rock Royalty I would have a better service from the Casino, but I guess that was not the case and for now I will stay going to the Golden Nugget which I am a Chairman Card holder and they treat me with respect and are more loyal and flexible with their guests like me. If your service doesn't improve for your other guests holding Rock Royalty cards and above your stay open in AC might go under do to poor service. I have seen many here close for the same reason, poor guest service, if we don't go, you will have to go.

This casino is really nice. The staff were attentive and friendly, also willing to help. The lines were a bit crazy due to the casino's new opening, but overall a nice place. I plan to stay as an overnight guest during my next visit.

The personal at the desk was a little rude because we arrive a little early and we wanted to see if we could get our room earlier.

I left with a little more than I brought so pretty much played craps for hours, for free. Had a meal at one of the food places on the second floor and it was delicious. Valet parking is $15 without the casino comp card, which seemed high. Went with 3 others. We all had a good time

It was a nice experience for me and my wife but it would have been even better if we could have gotten a shirt because it was our wedding anniversary.

I really enjoy staying at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino the staff are very th friendly the rooms are beautiful the casino Is so big it will take a while for you to tour the whole place this is my new and favorite casino I wish I could have given it 10 stars

I absolutely love the HardRock Casino in AC. My host Themis was awesome!!! She was professional, friendly and very attentive to my needs during my stay. I'm a Rock Royalty member and I love all the benefits Thank you Themis for making our stay exceptional

Me and my girlfriend stayed the night at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic City and it was great. The room was wonderful for the price we paid. If we got that price again we would gladly stay again.

This place is beautiful they really I did their self putting this together I just love that Elvis Presley Rolls Royce very exciting very fun place to enjoy all the latest slot machines the Hard Rock Lounge is very well put together. .
And if you have a player's card from another casino take the highest one you have and they will match your card and give you free play you won't be disappointed

Place is new but the service is slow and the men bartenders have to go. Wait forever to get served its un real. Also what is the deal with all the smoking areas the whole casino smells like ash tray I couldn't believe it. Also way to many penny slots couldn't find barly any 25c machines! Everytime you ask an employee something they dont know and they point you in wrong direction! 1 high limit area everyone smoking...I just couldn't believe no signs either to designate smoking or where to find bathrooms it was like finding a needle in a haystack! 8$ for a virgin drink 14$ for a mojito lol. We will be back in August to give it one more shot will see if anything changes we realize it just opened and things need to be fixed!

This time last year, I would have given the Taj 5 stars instead of 2. Due to disgruntled and striking employees though, the service was lacking badly. I have a lot of great memories and have enjoyed gambling there in the past. Too bad the new owner couldn't manage it, because come 10/10/2016 it will be a casino of the past.

This was our first stay at the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City. The front desk person did warn us about the noise from the beach bar. We found the front desk people very friendly and helpful. However, the casino smelled of smoke having poor ventilation and our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty with someone's hair all over the floor and in the tub. The bathroom was also old and could use some upgrading. We did enjoy that the hotel was right next to the Boardwalk Hall and close to the boardwalk shops.

Very nice updated clean hotel, rooms and casino. Expensive to eat but as to be expected anywhere. Had a very good breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe. Had an absolutely delicious dinner at the Harvest Buffet (forget the full name), which I was not expecting as I usually shy away from buffets. I am not a huge gambler and usually stick to the slots. A great new perk is that when you insert your resort card into a machine, you can order a drink through it and have it brought right to you, instead of searching/ waiting for a waitress. There is a walkway that connects to Resorts so you dont have to go outside to get there (it was 27 degrees for us so came in handy) but also an easy walk across the street outside. Really my only issue was that our thermostat system didnt work very well and also a bunch of screaming partying kids at all hours of the night but also to be expected anywhere and I was probably one of them not too long ago. And of course the price of food, but again that is everywhere in every hotel.

We just use the parking garage and walk through the hotel it look amazing though

Love hard rock! Fun vibes in the casino. Stay away from the buffet. I went for breakfast and the only decent thing was the omelette station. $16 for an omelette and shotty coffee n oj.

The former Taji Mahal location. Compare to other casinos, Hard Rock Cafe provides more other entertainments. The atmosphere here is more like Las Vegas(Touring). All the other casinos are more Atlantic City style (Gambling). I really feel more relaxed here.....

The property has been nicely ronovated. We were stuck with a smoking room. The front desk assured us the place was new so there was no smoke smell but sadly that's not true. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Dead cockroach in the middle of the floor of our room. Half of a sticky 6 pack left in the room, filthy bathrooms. I will never return to this place! It's filthy. Oh & be prepared to spend $50 for 24 hours of WiFi. Not worth the trip.

We stayed there two weeks ago and the stay was terrible. We entered a hot and clammy room. Turned the AC down and went to gamble. When we came back to the room, the room was still hot and clammy. It took three hours to get us a room and that room also had issues. The power in the bathroom kept shutting off.
To he next week we went to the Sugar Factory. It took over an hour to get two simple dishes out to us.

Beautiful rooms, especially the bathrooms! A little small but still a great place. Clean, which is a huge plus in Atlantic City.

Casino workers were very friendly. Room was ok but the heat/AC was o the fritz. Too. Was hot, called maintenance, they never showed. Not so good for a $480 room. So I won't be staying again, but I may visit.

Very bad experience got pickpocketed on the first day of my stay itself inside the hotel premises that too from outside the ice cream outlet enjoying ice cream with my kids.Went to security they found my wallet from the other place. Poor camera surveillance asked the security not able to help, said angles of their camera not covering entire area. Gosh! never thought that from big hotel like this. Lost all my money, never expected this. Guys beware security here seems to be all sham just not all good out here.

Visited friends and family staying there for the weekend at Chairman Tower. That area is nice, hallways and suites are large and beautiful. Many areas of the Casino were closed and only one Texas hold em table available. They need to fix the sign outside entering the casino, looks as though no upkeep in a while, word Taj (lighting) was broken. Nice VIP buffet upstairs provided for top guests. Good food for buffet, filet mignon. Salmon, Shrimp Cocktail. And assorted other foods and deserts. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Atlantic city overall has fallen on some hard times, especially since hurricane Sandy, and you can certainly tell in the immediate area, and by lack of a full casino on a Saturday night. But the experience overall was nice. Just don't know how long that will last with the economic crisis the city is in.

Here to see nickelback. Waiting for show to start. Fozzy came out first. Loud rock band. Ok. Not my type of bank. Hard core.

they really take care if the customers with promotions and comps. All the restaurants are decent and they usually have some pretty good entertainment. theres really something for everyone

Had a beacon while waiting at the hard Rock Cafe, watched so many people get seated before us but my beacon never went off. When I checked to see the status, she told me she called me...it was in my hand the whole time and she did not. Food was tasty and the server was very courteous and punctual.

Best hotel/casino on the Boardwalk! Beautiful rooms. Great casino. Nostalgic decor. Friendly staff.

The live music everywhere was awesome but the show with Jermaine Paul was the best. It's refreshing to experience diversity in every way. Music is definitely the universal language.

On March 17, 2019 my husband and i went to Hard Rock Hotel in A.C. This was my 1st experience here at the HRH. We got here on time, our room was not ready. The 1st lady didn't try to find us a alternative room and seem as if she didn't want to be there. She told us that my husband and i will have to wait until 5pm. When 5pm came, we went to see what room we had and it still was not ready. I do want to thank Katherine for taking that extra step to see what other rooms were available. Her attitude made a big difference, at least she to wanted to assisted us and even asked us what our plans were and for us to have a great time. I gave 2 stars for how amazing the hotel is, would had got more but Katherine made up the difference for her warm hospitality. For that, i give 2 more stars but subtract one for the first representative negative customer service. Thank you Katherine!

Selective renovations are a turn off makes anywhere seem cheap

Our room was dirty. Light was out in room, a lamp unplugged. They did not get our reservation correct. It was a rough experience.

Loved the restaurants. Ate at Sugar. And buffet restaurant. Excellent food choices.

Absolutely wonderful. So much to see. Band was great but the sound system not so much. It actually sounded better in the restroom. I'm sure that is something that they'll take care of.
