DO NOT GO HERE! We took our mini Aussie doodle here by recommendation for his first ever cut. We specified over and over again that we did not want his head to be cut or his chest and the groomer took it upon herself to shave his head bald cut his chest and barely trim his face or any other part of his body absolutely horrible cut he went from the cutest dog in the world to looking like an old stray. We wish we didn't get him cut at all. She even had a bad attitude when we said it wasn't right and her excuse was "I didn't like it so I cut it" will be talking to management, absolutely ruined our little puppies hair.
Do not go here. I just took my dogs here for grooming based off a recommendation from some people I know. Well I took my dogs there and told them I wanted a nice summer trim for my two golden retrievers which was take off an inch, furminate them and get the dead fur off them and trim their paws and feathers. Well what did the groomer do? She shaved both my dogs and only left the bottom coat. And everyone knows you don't do that to a golden retriever. Oh and they didn't even cut my dogs nails, so now I have to take my two dogs somewhere else and have their nails cut and grinded. So I told them I sure wasn't paying for a groom that was nowhere near of what I wanted and that quiet honestly left me embarrassed to have two golden retrievers that now look like poodles. If I could give them negative stars I would. They just recently changed ownership and are now known as porters neck pawville. So to the new ownership if y'all see this feel free to reach out to me. This definitely does not look like a grooming salon that won "best of the best" for dog grooming. Only thing they won was "best of the best" for the crappiest dog grooming.
Brittany is an amazing groomer. She takes her time and has patience with special needs dogs. All the groomers have years of experience. The store has a great selection of dog food and dog supplies.
