Truffles Restaurant Review

One of our favorites. Lovely food; pleasant service; dark, clubby atmosphere; distinctly not trendy. If I'm not starving, I'll often get the raw yellowfin tuna wraps and the wedge salad. Tonight was cold; I was hungry; I had french onion soup and ribs.

Doing a decent job with Covid precautions; I saw them remind a customer to wear a mask walking to the bathroom. They also have a tent with nuclear-powered heaters that will work in pretty much any weather, but in midwinter, they're only using it on busy nights.

Fairly pricey; easy to spend $70 per head without alcohol. The wine list is insane but includes stuff in all price ranges.

service is always nice even when they have a full house. nothing but pleasant experiences here. it has a nice interior. food is similar to a place in san francisco i liked.

Beautiful place, food, and service. Yao was an incredible waiter. He paired our wine with the food we ate: butchery platter, wild mushroom salad, and roasted duck. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff is. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to unforseen circumstances, they wrapped everything up to go and completely stunned us with their kindness. We will definitely be back. This was a night we will never forget!

Great food and great service. Sure, it's pricey but if you are looking for this style of restaurant experience, you get what you pay for. I have been twice and the staff has always been great. The last time, I had something very simple, the burger, and it was great. They have a really extensive wine selection if you are into that. Steaks looked great and will consider checking out the butcher shop attached to the restaurant next time (closed before I arrived). Nice dessert menu, with several options including food and drink (sweet wines, ports, etc). Good stuff. Recommended!

Had one of the best steaks I've ever had here. Their charcuterie board is great too as a starting appetizer!

Great food, attentive service, great wine list, very good bourbon list and yummy desserts. Steaks were *excellent* and expertly prepared. Bread was warm from the oven and delicious, twice baked potatoes were full of flavor, even the green beans served with the steaks were excellent. This was an excellent choice for my 41st birthday and I'll definitely be back.

Great service and amazing food with largest wine selection in Saint Louis. It is super convenient and has a gorgeous patio. Highly recommended!

My fiance and I went here as a suggestion from fb. Our waitress Julie including her coworkers were awesome. She knew everything about the menu and made us feel like she'd known us for years. The food is delicious! We ordered the Duck and NY strip. We will be back
