Truenorth Corporation-Aval Resources is an abusive employer, they do not measure the words they use or their actions. This employee (supervisor) known by Carlos X, lacks all knowledge in what refers to information systems and worse, lack of empathy, professionalism, skills, and has not the slightest idea of the risks that employees of Aval Resources run during their work in the public schools of the country, for lack of knowledge, lack of analysis, lack of foundations and employees with lack of essential tools to perform their jobs efficiently. The environment is oriented to "if you complain, you do not serve", a macho culture of which the employee has no right as an employee to work in a safe and professional environment. They ask to have to climb on roofs of schools without ladders or tools and the policy is "Yes or Yes", that is, they are not interested in the risk that you can run, what they are interested in is that they look for a way to solve it No matter the risk for lack of equipment or human sense. This is the biggest problem that happens with employers today, they want to abuse the employee in exchange for the economic need that the employee has and you are replaceable if you do not like the way they handle things. This company does not understand that they have as supervisor of employees who give service to the Department of Education to a totally irresponsible, inhuman and incompetent human being. Let the Department of Education know that we are committed to our service to public schools related to our systems and networks profession, but at the same time, we provide our services with many setbacks and risks that are not addressed by our employer.
