After a week, the problem was resolved, thank you.

After placing an order in the morning, noting the importance of it being shipped the same day and paying for a second day air; the product was not shipped until the following day. After talking with Sue at customer service, she said she would talk with her manger, so see if they would overnight the material to make good on our job's due date. We received a call 10 mins later with a firm answer from Management saying; NO, we would have to pay for overnight shipping regardless of their error!

Sue did her job well, relaying everything in a timely matter to us the customer. The manger however chose to save a little bit of money rather than right a wrong their company made.
