Was greeted very welcoming. Adri, was my stylist. Very knowledgeable and am very happy with outcome of my hair. Adri listened and explained as she went along and answered all questions I had. Will definitely be returning. Thank you True Blue for accepting new customers.

I just had an excellent experience at the Aveda Salon on West End. My stylist was named Marie. I met her at a networking event and told her my disappointment with my previous appointment 2 months prior. She was genuinely concerned and took time to listen to what I wanted. Then she took time to get the right game plan together and come up with the perfect solution. She is a great stylist and I would highly recommend her. I am very satisfied with my service and hair!

New in Nashville was looking for someone who could do color but once in a while cut my hair. I have been to the salon twice and had Samantha aka Sam. She is amazing listens to what you want and execute perfectly. Front staff is friendly, location and hours are perfect for those who work and can t make an appointment during the day. Highly recommend it.

I love Kaitlyn at TrueBlue! If you are looking for a great hair stylist, she does an amazing job every time! She is so personable, and actually listens to what I want. She even knows what I want when I can t describe it well! My hair always turns out great (I ve done both cut and color with her.) I also get my brows waxed here, and I love their aveda products. Lastly, I am super busy with work and Kaitlyn is always so kind when I have to answer an email or call during my appointment. It s so hard for me to step away from work and she s super understanding of that.

I had the WORST hair appointment of my life yesterday at the True Blue Salon on West End. They scheduled another person with my stylist during my appointment time, so I ended up having moments during the middle of my appointment where I was waiting for 30 min with my head in the washing bowl for my stylist to come wash my hair and apply the toner. We got to the end of the appointment (finally) and the highlights were streaky and poorly blended. I felt that I was charged way too much for a terrible hair cut and color, and I was absolutely floored at how awful the service was from start to finish. DO NOT GO HERE
