My father passed away in May. We have told lawyers repeatedly this and after 4 months of telling the mortgage company to foreclose and auction off the home since we couldnt sell it, I have been getting several letters from this company harassing a dead man over a foreclosure on his home. He was a US veteran and honestly if I had wanted to move myself and my husband away from the rest of the family we have I would have moved into his home but I couldnt do that. Instead I have called this firm and returned letters stating that he is deceased and to quit calling my number about this case as I am not even the executor of his will nor his estate. At least the other lawyers I have dealt with since his passing were nice and compassionate and said they would close any case he was involved in or take his name off of them as he was deceased.

Honest to god. Bunch of degenerates playing law firm ...... you are better off figuring it out yourself ...

This by far the worst law firm to deal with. They have no problem lying to judges and homeowners. They have a long history of double crossing people. I know because I'm one of the top foreclosure defense experts in the US.

I have had the pleasure to work with Michael van Muelken, an associate at this firm. He is a tremendous source of legal knowledge who posses a rare dedication to the results of his clients and to their satisfaction. I am happy with all the legal work he has done with me and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Extremely terrible, only people give these crooks good reviews is the crooked family & the crooked lawyers work there. I don't know how they haven't been disbarred yet

Worst company ever to work with. Apparently they don t want to be paid. I called numerous times to request a payoff f and every time they put me on hold for hours.. the last time I got through to someone they said they cannot speak to me.. smh..

Does everyone know that the owner of this law firm is a representative for the State of Michigan? Rep Trott. How does an owner of a scumbag company become a representative of Michigan? This is why this country is burning. Pieces of **** are running things at the highest levels. You are an attorney with a great education and you choose to use your skills to open a debt collecting firm? Gross decision. Bank of America basically lied, misled, and we tried to negotiate terms. Instead, Trott Law Firm comes to our home, harasses, then their attorneys do not answer emails pertaining to the case. In our case, the money was no problem. But for others who don't have the means, I can't imagine how stressful and hurtful this process is in dealing with such a disgusting, scummy company. Strong arming regular citizens to pay questionable debts and representing scumbag banks. How do you employees live with yourselves? How do you sleep at night? No morals and worshipping evil ways. This company and its attorneys are a disgusting display of humanity.

They re helping mortgage companies foreclose on homes during the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Despicable.

Very nice staff, yet still professional. Wonderful people to interact with.
