Extremely long wait! I came in at 10AM only registered after 20 minutes. I only got attended to at 12:30PM.

Management need to improve on how to deal with managing patients. Not all of us have all day to wait.

Also, if you have a choice to go to government hospital, better do so.

If have an option no star, I will rate no star. The service is horribly slow. How is this happening to a private hospital? We are paying for 5 stars price but getting no star service. But doctor Dennis is good hoping to have him at other hospital.

The hospital is comfortable and staff are friendly. The procedures are very slow. The problem I faced is transferring from observation ward to normal ward, it takes hours to complete the procedures. When moved to ward, the equipment that required and documents are not ready at all but they still proceed to move. Besides, the charges are killing me or it's just me. Maybe it's reasonable to others but I find the charges is too much. One more thing, if there's insurance coverage, just don't let them drag your time. They'll think ways to claim the insurance. The doctors are not sincere, honest and thoughtful. I know wealth is what everyone wants but patients' life are more important. If it's not emergency, I won't consider here.

I received courteous and professional health care at Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara. Especially Dr Rajesh Kumar who not only had the health of the patient at heart but he also helped with cost effective treatment. Thanks to Dr Rajesh, I am feeling a lot better. From Covid test to admission things were handled professionally and nurses in the ward are helpful (they were more comfortable communicating in Bahasa Malaysia). As in most hospitals, even private, we need to wait although we have an appointment

Was admitted to the ward and was given a faulty bed. Have to watch technicians carry out noisy repairs. Can't they carry out such tasks some other time before placing patients there? Very annoying experience.
Was here the other day, and was scalded at the Starbucks because they served boiling hot coffee and did not close the lid properly.
If you have an endoscopy done, they will give you a CD for you to view. Seriously, who still uses CD players this day?

I was charged with RM23.76 (after discount) for 80 sheets of Pureen baby wipes. Every single thing even a small one like kidney dish was charged. One of the doctors (anesthetist) just dropped by my ward and asked how I felt. RM157 had already been charged. If I knew I would be charged for having conversation with him, I would rather keep quiet. I questioned the billing department why I never used the kidney dish on that particular day but it was charged. The officer told me sometimes the charges didn't really follow the actual date. The most funny part was that, they arranged a patient who would undergo scoping (Colonoscopy) the following day stayed a night in the same room with me sharing the same toilet. I thought all rooms were fully occupied and walked out to have a look. In fact, the next door was empty. I couldn't use the toilet from night time onwards until the next morning, as the toilet was occupied by another patient. The only reason I chose this hospital was that, the surgeon doctor is prominent. After all my treatments are done, I don't think I will revisit this hospital in future until they are improving their services and remove unnecessary charges. I feel like it is too money minded when I went through the itemized bill. Dear customer service, do not ask me to drop you any email as I have no obligation to assist you on improving your services. If you are really keen, you should collect the feedbacks from here and improve accordingly.
