Amazing pizza and sandwiches - Get something with Olives, they are imported and they are fantastic.

The food here is delicious. The service is super friendly. It s one of the best local places to get a bite. I highly recommend. Everything is fresh and homemade.

Local and FRESH cooking hits Cumming. This is our favorite breakfast and lunch joint in town. Great food and service.

How did I not know about this place? Lived in Forsyth county for decades and I could have been eating here all this time. Best food and people who really want you back. Only regret, I should have had a Limoncello with my meal. The bar had just opened as we finished.

My eggplant parmesan sandwich was excellent. I was a little disappointed with one of the employees that was waiting tables and busing. He didn't even pay any attention to me when I came in and sat down. He cleaned up one table on one side of me and serve food to people on another side. Since this is my first time there, I did not know I had to go up to the counter to order first.

Love this place. The food is always delicious and the service is consistent. I keep meaning to try their "take-away" items like lasagne and alfredo!

I love this place! The pizza is some of the best I've ever had, and the staff is always very friendly. Karen, the owner, always greets us and makes time to chat with us. It's a wonderful place to enjoy some delicious food!

Had slice of pizza and salad. The pizza tasted like a salt block. Salad was ok.

Order your food, then sit down and they will bring it to you. Everything on the menu is Great and the deserts are Fantastic!

Mike's Mighty Meaty might be the best pizza I have ever had. All the pizza selections are great at Marie's.

The food is fantastic, service is excellent, and honestly you can't beat the price. On top of it all, it also serves as an actual Deli, you can get pre packaged food, cheeses, meats, and pasta. Brunch on Sunday is to die for, and the gelato and desert selection is to die for. Oh, and I recommend a toasted Muffalata for lunch.

Great local place with excellent home made food, awesome deserts, and very economical! Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. Tables are cleaned within a couple minutes of customers departure. Quality, casual eatery.

Absolutely one of my favorite spots for breakfast! (We are coming back for pizza tonight.) Service is great, food is ALWAYS fresh and comes out quick. Marie s is a family owned business, and the owners take so much pride in their work. If you haven t tried them, you are missing out.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend anything that has some sort of bread, crust etc because it is SO fresh and delicious. The salad is amazing as well. Ripe, fresh veggies are so nice to see these days! The employees go out of their way to serve you and are always courteous. The raspberry sorbet is phenomenal as well. This has quickly become one of our favorite places in Cumming for lunch.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. It is a favorite of mine. Don't skip having a canoli.

Awesome food, great staff and even better desserts! Just happened upon this place and WOW!!!! Would drive the 90 minutes to eat there again. Just happened to be shopping nearby and stumbled in here. It is the real deal. Cannot give enough praise through a review. We had pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, cannolis, Italian wedding cake, red velvet cupcakes, tiramisu, and assorted cookies. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was fabulous.

Simple subs and pizza, but pretty dang good tasting ones!

I promise you'll look at the menu and want one of everything. Definitely check them out for brunch in addition to lunch/dinner. So good!

Awsome!! Had the club, wow now that's a sandwich. If your close its a must stop. Decor is excellent, people were better. I will be back!

I would give this place way more than five stars. This is some of the best calzone I've ever had. Cheesesteak was amazing as well.

This is a great locally owned restaurant with delicious Italian food. The portions are huge and the prices fantastic! We loved our breakfast so much, after our hike, we came back for a late lunch. I love supporting local business owners and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the quality of the food.

Go for lunch for slices and sandwiches. Don't come at night. Horrible service and the food is not good.

Wow, finally came to eat here after 3 years living in cumming. Building a house in Woodstock... This place almost makes me not want to move out of Cumming now!! Meatball sub and ham/bean soup spot on!! Tastes like I'm in an Italian Nana's kitchen.

Very good food and very helpful and friendly employees. Great selection of menu offerings including great fresh baked desserts. Soup and salad with drink $6.95.New additional space just opened. Ice cream and dessert bar now accessible without having to stand in the long food line. Great pizza and other Italian dishes. Portions are large and prices are very reasonable. Lots of convenient free parking available.

I believe in our community, if you want extremely closeness to New York and the "forgeddaboutit" offerings we love, come here. Pizza is top notch. Get an authentic pie. Gelato is not up to 50 flavor offerings, but the eight or so, I feel is the best in town.

This place is amazing! I love mom & pop restaurants, and this one is the best I've tried in Georgia. Real italian! I really felt like I was back in Boston in the North End. A rare gem!

Super friendly staff. Great food! The interior is showing its age--which is homey in some ways and problematic in others--but it doesn't subtract from the quality they offer.

Wonderful! All made from scratch. They have prepared dishes in the carry out deli. It is a eat in restaurant too. The salad was wonderful as well as the delicious deserts. Well worth your time and money! They have a few beers on tap too.

We went for trivia night and it was our first visit to the restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, and the service is warm and very friendly. We had a white pie, a meatball sub, a Philly, and a calzone. Then flourless chocolate cake, mint chip gelato, cheesecake, and lemon blueberry cake. Everything was delicious, but our overall favorites were the pizza and the lemon blueberry cake. We will definitely be back. The portions of everything were generous and a great value for the price.

This place has the best pizza in Cumming, GA. I know that's not saying a lot but you'll like their pizza and it's a nice 'Mom & Pop' deli to eat at. It's family friendly and family run.

They've been voted 'Best Deli' in Fosyth County (Forsyth Co. News) for the last five years and will probably continue to be. Personally, I'd say that true for both Marie's Italian Deli and Plantation Italia. And that not a knock against either of them. I like both.

They also have several versions of pre-made, homemade lasagna that you can take home to bake. I should mention the calzones are pretty good too.

I wish I would've remembered to take a picture ... Maybe on the next visit. This place was excellent. I got the daily special which consisted of a half Italian sandwich, chicken chowder and a drink for only $6.95. Not only was the quality of the food excellent, but it was also a great price for lunch. I will definitely be back.

We ve been eating here regularly for several years, and the food is always great, and consistent over a long period of time. We love the Breakfast menu as much as the regular menu. You can t go wrong at Marie s!

Only reason is not 5 stars is I really wanted to try the chicken parm sandwich and they were out of chicken. Meat ball sub was excellent though.

Great food. Been coming here since it opened up a few years back. Definitely much busier now now, and I feel that the quality has declined slightly because of this. Still a great place to go eat!

I LOVE Marie's! Their pizzas are delicious and topped with FRESH ingredients. They have the most amazing olives...the best I have ever had. I am a vegetarian and my husband eats meat but we share the veggie pizza because we love it so much. You really can't beat the prices either.

Just went to Marie's for the 1st time. Small and unassuming from the outside but packs a punch like an amazing NY Deli and restaurant. Service was great, they made a nice recommendation for a meatball sub for me for lunch and it was awesome. First but not last time.
