We could not of asked for more of a positive experience. The COVID protocol's are very laid out and comfortable. Dr. Trommeter and his team are so very professional and made our experience very positive and answered our questions as well as our 7 year old's as well.
Also, speaking to Abraham several times on the phone and in person was also a great experience and very calming.
My son needed to get a night-guard made due to his constant grinding while he slept. I was concerned that he was going to be apprehensive, as he sometimes can be at medical appointments where he gets nervous.
We were in for a pleasant surprise. The entire experience and staff put my son at ease and he had a fantastic appointment. He really got excited at seeing the 3d printer and the 3d modeling software.
The retainer fit so well he wanted to wear it all day. We had to tell him it was just for night time. He eagerly puts it on every night and reminds me to wear mine!

Dr. Trommeter and his team have been fantastic! My 7 year old has a very crowded mouth and really laid out a plan that's best for us, not them. Office staff is friendly and kind. They send a lot of email and text reminders which is great for busy families. 10/10!
Dr. Trommeter and the entire team are the best at what they do. Welcoming environment, friendly staff, and the treatment plan was explained to me in detail. Dr. Trommeter goes to great lengths to make sure you understand every step of the process, which is not something I m used to going to other offices. You can tell that this is all about patient relationships and taking care of people, not just a quick transaction. This office really listens to what you need, and I have full confidence in their ability to straighten my teeth. I ll send anyone I know who needs treatment here.
I just started down the road of braces but so far I'm very impressed with everyone in the office. Everyone is friendly, helpful and I never feel rushed. They all take the time to chat and answer questions and do a great job making me feel comfortable.
