TRM Solutions Inc. Review

The Town of Archer Lodge, NC has been extremely pleased with the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES and WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE provided to us during the purchase and installation of our new phone system and solstice device for our conference room. TRM trained us well and continues to answer a few quesitons that have arisen since training. Apart from being KIND & COURTEOUS, they provided us with an estimate timeframe of receiving our new system, programming process, implementation process and training. Used to install $45k worth of security cameras a few years ago at elderly housing facilities. Practically had to beg them to both start and complete the work after 50% deposit. Service not good and hours inflated. Items not fixed correctly so problem continued. Found another company earlier this year and very pleased with them. They have fixed all issues TRM couldn't and at half the price.

I had the pleasure of working with TRM and one of their talented team members, Kevin Sullivan. We have recently moved into a new Flex Space for our sign company. Our multiple high tech printers, laminators and plotter/cutters are all connected on a LAN but in different rooms and in the plant. Kevin came up for a site review and quickly reviewed the situation. This included him climbing on a ladder and going into our attic to understand what the legacy cat 5/6 ethernet wiring situation was. Within an hour he had connected all our machines to the Ethernet switch. He called back the next day to check if everything was working which it sure was. We now have a great IT company on our side and hope we will never need anyone else.

I've had the pleasure of working Kevin and Mike at TRM for the last 5 years in my position as IT Manager. TRM held a vital role as we expanded our office in Durham, then enabled us to save on significant international dialing costs by helping plan and implement our global phone system integration and deployment. We have had the pleasure of working with Kevin and his team at TRM for over 5 years. They were instrumental in our plans when we decided to leave leasing behind and build our own building to practice in. They guided us through the process of selecting equipment to fit our growing pediatric practice and were there every step of the way as we moved on a Friday in March and opened the following Monday. Quite a feat for a Pediatric practice that has been in business for more than 35 years. Over the past few months they have guided me as we made a big change from Windstream to Spectrum fiber. All of the meticulous planning over the previous few months resulted in a perfect transfer over thanks in no small part to Kevin and Mike. I freely admit that I am not tech savvy so it was good to know that we were in reliable, knowledgeable and calm hands! We look forward to continuing our relationship with TRM for many years.
