I experienced a taste of mildew with two bottles that I purchased at a Walmart store. I called the 800 number on the back and I expressed my experience with a manager who identified herself as "Ally". Ally questioned me as if I was lying about my experience, but she closed the first call with telling me she would email me coupons for my next purchase. Ally never emailed the coupons. I spoke with Ally a second time, because I was to call her when I got home to give her the numbers off the bottom of my Smart Mouth bottles. At this time I informed Ally that I did not receive an email from her. Ally told me she had not hit send yet and that she was just about to do it. Well, it's now the next morning and Ally had not sent the email (I did check all boxes). At this point I'm dissatisfied with the direct customer service I have experienced with the company. I will be escalating my complaint beyond Ally.
Haven't dealt with anyone in particular but the mouthwash does work. Of course the zinc taste does take time to get use to but it keeps my breath fresh. Heard about it from the Dave Glover Show.
Love this product! It really works. But the cap that come with it does NOT ever stay ON!!! This stuff is expensive enough as it is and now more than half the bottle poured out because of the poorly designed cap.. please fix this I love this product, but it s to expensive to waste like that.!
