The response team is very lame and unprofessional. They are not giving response to our complaint from day 1. Even after 10 days of our branch complaint they haven't assign any engineer and not even receiving our calls. Very disappointing.

WORST SERVICE EVER. The after sales service is very poor. No technician will come and service the UPS even if u call and request them. The device is faulty and causes problems always. NEVER BUY any products from this company. I had the worst experience.
