I wouldn't not reccomend to anyone. The office and doctors minus Dr. Jiven is horrible. They lack compassion and communication. The doctor is rude, doesn't listen and doesn't explain a thing. Don't waste your time and money.
I live in northern Ohio now and I can t find a pulmonary dr, especially anyone as caring and thorough as Dr. Jivan. I truly miss him especially at times like this when I m in distress with my breathing and have to fight just to get an appointment with my gp, then explain, again, why I m having trouble breathing! Thank you Dr. Jivan for all you did for me.
Terrible customer service. Terrible doctor service. Literally received a collection notice from a bill that has already been paid. Do not go here because it's a circus. Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion and transferred my care.
Incredible service for lung nodule measurements and previous left lung puncture & or asthma. Additional services are breathing test!
I have never been to this place, yet that has not stopped them from sending me a bill. I have never had any pulmonary work done in my life. They still haven't resolved this either. If they are going to screw up bill someone who has never been there, think how much worse if I was actually a patient
Horrible communication, I've called several times for them to correct a problem with my CPAP supply provider that only they can do, they will not return calls left for them by the patient. If I wasn't already knee deep under their care I'd move elsewhere, not happy and would not recommend going there. Christ Hospital should really look into this as this office is not making the hospital look very good since they advertise very high patient care.......
My mom was diagnosed with aggressive small cell lung cancer. She has been struggling breathing and I have not been able to get the office to return my call or request in order a nebulizer. The person who answers the phone "Lisa", I believe is her name, is extremely short and rude in her communication. For that reason I would not recommend this practice. Dr. Jivan is very knowledgeable but unaccessible. This is my first time as a caregiver for someone with a prognosis such as this...so KINDNESS of "all" matters. If KINDNESS is important to you then keep searching...
I don t usually write reviews because I typically have good service. I have always had a great experience with Christ Hospital and the doctors and nurses that work there. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had. I did a sleep clinic study through TSPA and it was terrible. I could hear patients in the other rooms next to me coughing all night, the mattress was cheap and squeaky along with the thin cheap pillow. I heard a doorbell type chime throughout the night and the sleep technicians talking to each other. There was light shining in all night under the door. This was not the place to do a sleep study because you can t possibly get any rest here. The next morning I told the technician that I didn t sleep much and he agreed when he saw my total time asleep, less than 3 hours total. My follow up appointment with the nurse practitioner was pointless. I explained to her that the conditions were bad and I didn t feel like it was a true study of my sleep patterns. She ignored the criticism and said I think you re fine, you don t have sleep apnea. I don t want to do another because it s so exspensive. She then said I should talk to my family doctor if I had any other concerns. I never recommend St. Elizabeth over Christ but in this case, I would do a sleep study anywhere else but here.
Absolute nightmare. They could not get their appointments correct. Called ahead to confirm my 2 pm apt and was told it was at noon and they could not see us. (received notice they will charge me next time) Made another appt. for following week at 4:20 pm They called few days before and said it was 12:40. Showed up for appt and was told I could not see the Dr I scheduled with and had to see the Dr who saw my sister in the hospital and he was not in so we had to leave. I am now trying to get a referral for someone else.
