Angel was so wonderful to work with. She is an amazing sales woman and has an awesome personality! She made my day worth stopping and looking around then rolling out with a car that had all the features I was looking for. She took time to have a more personal connection which made my visit and purchase an even better experience. My son was a former customer and enjoyed his experience so I gave it a go, boy was I glad I did. Thank you again so much for everything you helped me through to make my car purchase easy and enjoyable.

At first the experience started out a little rough...

At first the experience started out a little rough there was a couple little hiccups but all was made right. When we arrived they had the car ready cleaned and pulled up front. We were greeted with a smile and a nice handshake. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The salesman showed us all the features of the vehicle and went over all the bells and whistles before the test drive. Once we were back we started on the paperwork which was already prepared and they had us in and out within an 1 1/2 hrs. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicle needs. And I would recommend anyone to check them out. Thanks again TriState Nissan for the experience and the beautiful new Nissan Rouge.

Greatest Car Purchase Experience Ever! I worked with Kyle Dulapa and the deal was closed quickly despite being 2 hours away, and not having an opportunity to test drive the Truck. When I arrived to pick up the Titan, the paperwork was all ready for signatures. We were in and out in about an hour. Great dealership team... just wish they were my local Nissan Dealer here in Southern Maryland. Awesome experience.

Thank you so much for all your help with the purchase of our new car last week. As you know, we ve looked at a few dealerships on my journey and have always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype.

Thank you so much for answering all of my silly questions honestly, and for making the process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. We are very happy with the SUV you helped us with. The price was within budget and the paperwork was smooth, which is a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you!

They gave us what we needed for trade it. Everything was done via the phone, we walked in and signed. Leo was the most friendly, helpful car salesman. He also had endless patience with me and working between my meetings. I highly recommend!

I haven t ever been too disappointed with the serv...

I haven t ever been too disappointed with the service. They always call and give you a price before doing any kind of extra work. They also applied a coupon today that I wasn t aware I had. I guess I earned it through the Nissan rewards. Prices seem a little higher, but it is a dealer shop so that s probably on par. My only recent complaint is that they ve stopped attaching the full inspection report with the paperwork. They apparently have the capability of emailing it via a Nissan service application, but I haven t ever gotten it. I have received an email saying that my car s checked in, but then no other progress reports come. It seems silly to have a service progress application available and not actually use it passed the initial check-in. Also, a complimentary car wash couldn t hurt to be added to any service. I got one today apparently after spending a good chunk of money, but not earlier this week when I had a regular service. I am sure they profit enough off everything that a quick wash wouldn t hurt their overhead. That s probably a non-issue.

Excellent sales experience through and through! My husband worked with Kyle on a past purchase of his Titan and Chris M helped me with my 2021 Rogue. Both gentlemen were great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. They anticipated our needs but never pressured with a hard sell. Both salesmen engaged me throughout the process and treated me as an equal alongside my husband. I really appreciated this, and it stood out, as I did not have the same experience at all dealerships I visited. Overall, I highly recommend Tri State Nissan. A+!

Kyle was great. Him and Justin went the extra mile to make sure I stayed in budget and got a great car. Julius in the finance department was patient answered all my questions . This dealership is friendly, and you don't get pressure to buy. Great job all around from sales to all my interaction with the other employees.

I called around town to find a place that could take in a walk-in state inspection. After multiple phone calls, I remembered a friend told me to call the Nissan dealer. I called and was told it would take an hour to hour 15 to get one done. I headed over. I was out much faster without any issues. Very polite and clean facility.
