My ship's route has been canceled and I have been trying to locate the service for days to get my ticket open and can't find them. I live outside of Athens so I can only get in touch by email, which they do not answer and they DO NOT have a phone! Unacceptable for company! I wish I had seen other reviews before I booked them.

Fast site and service. I booked tickets for Chania and there was no option for a student discount on the vehicle as on other sites and agencies. In order to change my ticket, they asked me for more money than the discount I would have from the beginning if there was an option for a discount on the vehicle as offered by Anek Superfast.

5 out of 10 times I have used this company, I have encountered a problem. The problem is solved when I go there but I'm already in trouble), or I get a completely inaccurate message after my reservation and I'm forced to get a phone to confirm if the reservation is valid or not. The people who work there, however, are quite helpful (if you go there) and competent. They just have too much work. As a company, however, it has disappointed me a few times - unfortunately.

I have been using Travel planet 24 for the past 10 years and I'm coming to New York. I have found the cheapest tickets! Wish we could change our ferry tickets for blue star ferries from Alonissos to Volos. It is unacceptable that there is no call center to solve such issues. Communication is done exclusively by email or chat, which makes it difficult to understand and is a very time consuming process for the traveler. After a hassle I managed to make a reservation through the Emmels. Note that the physical address does not exist and the phones do not work. I'm waiting for the tickets to re-evaluate.
Update: Originally two stars, but I put three because it was really solved within 24 hours, but by e-mail, which is not easy for everyone.
