I had high hopes but found the experience frustrating. The customer service was hard to reach, and when I did connect with someone, the answers were vague. 🌧️ It felt like my concerns were not prioritized, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I believe there’s potential here, but it seems there’s a lot of room for improvement. 🕰️
