Arrogant and unresponsive! Our company engaged Trinsoft to help us implement D365, they charged a reasonable amount to do this but the service was horrible. At the start they pointed us to YouTube videos to try to figure out how to make it work. When we had issues trying to migrate data we were always pushed out a few weeks for any kind of answer. After three months when we were extremely frustrated and demanded a faster response we were told we were probably were not a fit for them and they would refund a portion of what we paid. So at the end of the day we basically spent 2K got nothing for it and had to move in another direction.
I have never worked with a tech company that was so intentions, caring and helpful. This staff is out-of-this-world. They blew me away with their attention to detail, timeliness to care for me and my concerns, and knowledge. I am a small company, so I can't afford (nor do I really need) a tech person - but having the support of TrinSoft has made my job so much easier. I can get back to focusing on what I'm good at instead of worrying about my technology and computer stuff.
