We had been thinking of changing the car for the last year, obviously not as straight forward as pre covid times so doing the usual tour of the garages wasn't possible. I had seen a few SUVs come up on ads in other dealers around the county, and the few that I rang about seemed almost inconvenienced by the call, or were dismissive of taking a trade in. I contacted Jamie in Trinity a few weeks ago about an Outlander PHEV they had just got into stock, he was very helpful on the call, answered any questions I had and arranged a test drive for the next day. When we got there the car was parked at the front door ready to go, and Jamie explained all the functions before we went for a spin. He offered us a good deal on the trade in and made the finance arrangement quick and painless. We picked it up the following week and are delighted with the car itself and the service from everyone in Trinity Motors, 10/10 would buy again.
