I had a mixed experience with Trinity Management Company. Overall, their services were average. The communication was sometimes lacking, and it took longer than expected to get a response. However, they were professional and dealt with issues promptly when they did arise. I would rate them as average.
We were refused to see San Martin the place before move in. I have been stung by a scorpion now day 6. We have a collection of 5 scorpions we have killed. Our air vents are connected and I constantly smell my neighbors food. Please someone save our poor souls from this infested place.Our a.c and water heater was fixed after 5 days of complaining finally
Not Energy-efficient. Very old appliances. Grounds not well kept, trees cut down and not replaced, shrubs not replaced. You can see black widow spider nests everywhere. Incompetent bug control, man just sprays without attention or care to detail. The management and maintenance staff are great, but can only work within the parameters given by the owners. I have been here four years but want to move. My daughter just rented here and her apartment was dirty when she moved in such as ceiling fans not clean, no light bulbs, dirty floor, drawers in kitchen that won't open.

I had an issue with my background check after I applied to San Angelin Apts.. After talking with Trinity Management Company my family and I was accepted.. I am thankful for their help and service! I recommend them because of how they handled the issue overall.. Thank you
Had a 10:00 interview at San Giovanni, got there at 9:40 checked in and was sat down and told someone will be with me shortly. 15 minutes later a woman walks in and does the same as me and is sat down in the same room. 10 minutes after that, a woman comes out (I'm guessing the PM) completely ignores my presence, and my 10:00 appointment, introduces herself to the lady and they both walk back into the office. Again, completely ignoring the fact that I was even there. If this is how they treat an applicant. I am not sure I want to be an employee. Horrible experience I'd give them 0 stars if it were an option.
