Trimline Landscape Management, Inc. Review

In 2020, I used Trimline for mowing my lawn. They did a good job and I asked them to come back in 2021. They stated they would come in two weeks, which would have been this week (5/12/2021). They never came, or called us. So my husband called them today, and they said they had to cancel us for the season due to losing workers. I can understanding loosing workers, however why didn't they call us first. Why did we have to call them and find out they were not going to keep us as a customer.

Trimline installed a new landscape bed along with mulch at my property. I am so pleased with Mike's guidance on plant selection. It has made such a difference in the curb appeal - I am thrilled! Mike and his team showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the entire job in a day. I called back for information on plant care, and not only did I receive an after hours call back, but Mike personally came back to review with me! I am thrilled with Trimline Landscape Management, Inc.

General Communication:
The company does have the ability to communicate via email, which I appreciated. I found this particularly helpful as I work nights. I think, if I were to do it over again, I would ask them to record a video of what they see for the work to be done and email it to me since I couldn't easily make daytime meetings.

Project communication:
They seemed to be really clear about what the project was, and wrote down details for it in the quote. Only issue I really had was certain things not being taken out of a quote when it was modified, which just required me to follow up.

Work:
- There was some miscommunication between the day of workers and the project coordinators, which left a couple things undone. However, the owner came out after the fact to discuss and was excellent about meeting my needs during the follow up. I really appreciated the time and care he took in making sure I was happy with whatever direction we decided to take. I think it's rare to find that in a company nowadays.
- It came out to about $2k for removal of stump grinding, unwanted vegetation, sticks, leaves; trimming back ivy from house and chimney, and treating with herbacide; removing some pavers and our old shed; treating the ground bee nest (~$200).

Overall, I would say that everyone is very friendly and relatively easy to work with.

These guys are truly amazing. Contract for plowing didn't start until the 15th, but snow storm hit on the 11th. Sure enough, there they were, clearing my driveway. Third year using them and literally ZERO complaints. Thanks.

I highly recommend Trimline Landscape Management!
Over the past three years they have completed our Spring and Fall clean-ups and exceeded our expectations. Having a large property lined by woods and many landscape beds it is beyond something we can maintain ourselves. Coming home to a yard that is all picked up is a great relief. They even cut back our ornamental grasses and perennial flowers. The employees displayed professionalism and seemed to take pride in their work. They will continue to be our go-to for any landscape services.

I have been so pleased with the professional, reliable, timely and reasonable services I have received from Trimline Landscape. I have never had to contact them and ask when they are cutting the lawn. I come home from work and my yard looks beautiful! Thank you to all the folks at Trimline for making my landscape look so beautiful-even the neighbors have commented how good it looks!

I have used Trimline for a few years and my yard looks better then ever! They have done many different services for me such as fertilization, aeration, lawn rolling and I have been more then satisfied with all of their services. They are very professional and affordable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work Trimline!

My husband and i have used other lawn services in the past but Trimline was by far the best! Lilly in the office was so sweet, helpful and extremely accommodating. Our lawn looks amazing. I'd recommend to anybody!

Terrible place, they machine messed up my car bumper during washing . I spoke to Delta sonic and their arguing with me that the blowers wouldn t of chipped my fender and I said the blowers didn t chip my fender my bumper chipped it when it hit the car and their disagrees with me even with shop Estimated. Terrible place...

Excellent service. My lawn looks beautiful. Office staff is very kind and eager to help. Landscape employees are very courteous and respectful of my property. Trimline is very professional and I am glad to have chosen them to care for my lawn maintenance. Thank you for your continuous effort in maintaining my yard!!
