Truly Disgusting Owner and Deceptive Business Practices - Stay Away!!!
I am filing this complaint against Vanessa Falcon, who represented herself as a provider of laser services at Trifecta Miami Spa (8281 SW 124th St, Miami, FL 33156). I paid in advance for multiple sessions, but services were not rendered in full, and I have not received the refund I am owed.
Despite my repeated, respectful requests, Vanessa has delayed repayment using inconsistent and unprofessional excuses, including personal financial issues and a lawsuit that does not involve me. She initially promised a refund within 30 days, but beyond that timeframe, she has refused to return the full amount and is now falsely claiming that I violated a same-day cancellation policy — which is not accurate and was never disclosed or documented.
I have documentation of all communication, including proof of payment, text message exchanges, and her acknowledgment of the refund being owed. At this point, I believe this behavior reflects fraudulent and unethical business practices. I am requesting a formal investigation into her conduct and actions.
