In 1985 i was discharged honorably from the U.S. Army , my degree in hand ready to start my career in TV production. while searching for the right opportunity i took a job in sales and customer service. Been doing it ever since. Trident Marketing graciously gave me this new opportunity. The atmosphere here is open, humorous and challenging. I started at Trident Marketing over 3 yrs. ago. Truth be told as with any job you face challenges. What makes those challenges easier to overcome is the great group of people I work with. They have become like a second family to me. The encouragement has made me strive harder to meet my goals. I enjoy working here. I love the fun parties they have for their employees to celebrate us & the long Christmas Vacations are a plus! If you are a team player, with a outgoing personality this would be ideal for you!
From my experience at going to Trident Marketing and Travel Resorts of America's campgrounds, they are no where near up to par of being an acceptable place to go to camp. Everything they offer is very overpriced. On top of everything being extremely overpriced when you have bought a recreational vehicle, they are offering you to buy even more to receive "better camping experiences" and "upgrades". None of these upgrades do anything to get you into a better spot. None of these upgrades make you feel like you're an immersive member. None of these upgrades make you feel like you are part of the family. This company is demeaning, ruthless, and worthless. Chatting with a lady (whom I will not disclose) on the phone earlier last week, she offered to invite me out to the campgrounds when this entire mess in the entire planet is going on. To receive my FREE camping. My free camping that I can use at any one of the campgrounds. My free camping that I can't use because of the disaster in the world right now. However, the pandemic is not their fault, I do understand that. It does not make sense to go to any one of these campgrounds. Not for the price especially when they don't tell you about the pricing on the phone. Their promotions department has no clue regarding the pricing. For everybody ahead of time, the memberships are over $5000 for the bare minimum. Let me know when you all have that in your pocket after spending many, many dollars on a recreational vehicle. But alas, I can't alter anybody's opinions. Travel Resorts of America has been in business for 3 decades doing what they do best: offering places to camp. What I find the problem is, most of the new campgrounds are run down, they are not putting enough effort, time, EMPLOYEES, and amenities in their resorts. They buy campgrounds that KOA, Thousand Trails, Coast to Coast that they did not get enough money off of. They are hand-me-downs, so to say. Please save your money, your time, your dignity, before signing up for this company and the main branch.
Trident marketing is the best company I have had the opportunity to work for in my entire working career. I have previously worked at fast food and convenient store chains,so I was nervous about starting a sit down desk job for the first time. Right away they made me feel right at home, welcome,and like one of the team. They take the time to train you properly and make sure you have all the knowledge you need to do your job the right way. The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, and energetic. The amount of money you can make is endless, and up to you; Its like you're your own boss! Last but not least they treat you like a person instead of a number, which in my book is what counts the most. Trident marketing is an awesome company!
Company will not stop calling me. It s actually ridiculous how far they ll go to try and scam someone. They sell timeshares people. Timeshares are bad, I promise. Just spend three minutes researching their name. They re trying to swindle you - please don t fall for it.
I have been with this company 7 years!! Again "7 YEARS"!! I was hired by Jeremy Jones who is still by my side for anything I need! I am proud to work here and as humans there is going to be bad days and great days at a job no where you work. As a successor , you have to put forth the work to be great at any job and I defiantly can say that if you work here you have a great system that helps train you in the best possible way to learn and grow to make money! As an employee I matter, I make money , and I kick ass on what I do! The sky is they limit for anyone anywhere. Working for Travel Resorts of America has been wonderful and look forward to more great money making years.
I ve worked here for 3 years. This is my first time working in a call center. Like in any job you face challenges. I ve had highs and lows in my time here. Erica and Jennifer, my supervisors, have always pushed me to be better and push out of my comfort zone. Now under new leadership I m optimistic about the direction we are going and what the future holds
I have been with Trident Marketing for almost 2 years and I cant say enough about my job. My supervisors Erica and Jennifer have really helped me grow as a person being able to get out of my comfort zone and they have guided me on my journey. There have been ups and downs like every work place has but Im confident in the new leadership and Im very excited to see what the future holds and how much more I will grow and learn. My 1st job in a call center and I've been here for 3 years. I love what I do but like all jobs it has it's ups and downs. We are doing daily cash spiffs; fun games to get the interaction with the agents. We can think our new team leaders for all the changes and getting the company back to operating the proper way.
