Good hotel near airport.... If you are comming late night and leaving Chennai next to mahabalipuram after small orientation tour of Chennai

One of the best hotels in the city. Very near to airport which can take 5 mins to reach airport for you.
Good food served that may be buffet or menu things.
If go to roof you could see flights landing and takeoff easily a hotel with runway view.

We enjoy every visit to Trident because of the warm staff who include Sai, Ilam, Mishra ji, Dharani, Pranjal, Rajini et all. Good food. Nice ambience!

Clean bathrooms, good food though the lunch had not much variety, good amenities, wifi, good breakfast, 10 mins from airport

One of the old 5 star hotel for a great stay and good. They serve authentic food in their restaurant, specially fish.

Good hotel, lovely staff but food is ok. I will not say I enjoyed the food. It a business hotel so not much to do. Over all service is five star and pool attended and reception were awesome and kids friendly.

Worst dinning experience that ever had, particularly from a 5star hotel.

Extremely bad experience at their Restaurant Cinnamon

Ambience is top notch. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, snooker/pool table, multiple in house restaurants. Room was cozy and upto expectation. Lunch and breakfast buffet was okay.

Very nice hotel. IT was very helpful with Wifii sign on as my phone would not properly load sign on page. Rooms and beds great and food was delicious. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

It is a rough impression whether the elder brother of the front who had a good friend when he came last year got used to it. Towels and bathrobes are old and there are various cost-saving efforts. The room is designed to be calm, but when the chair is sitting it is distorted and it is difficult to sit down. The bed is comfortable to sleep. It is good that there is a bathtub, but is slightly old. I like the poolside here, but I can't go anywhere without a car around me. It is good to be close to airport access.

Opposite airport. Proximity to airport is key. Ambience is a bit lacking. No major revamp done over the years

Rooms were functional but nothing special. The restaurant Cinnamon had nice staff and was open late. Food was nice. Breakfast was a buffet with made to order eggs and waffles. Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport.

1st time in Chennai. Efficient, clean and familiar close to home feeling.

Nice, luxurious property close to the Chennai airport. It's located on one of the highways leading to the airport. Good rooms, nice lobby. The breakfast served in the hotel is sumptuous and the staff are friendly and ever willing to help. They provide complimentary pick up and drop to the airport. Rooms situated in the front side of the hotel (close to the Highway) are well insulated from noise but it's not uncommon to hear a honk or a speeding car once in a while.

Located very near to the airport, the hotel is well placed and offers great hospitality. We enjoyed the buffet meals (3 times a day) and the menu was well curated. The food was exceptionally good. The hotel pool has a maximum depth of 4.5m only which was a little disappointing but is surrounded by coconut trees for great ambiance. The gym has all basic machines. The locker room has just one shower and sauna room which has very strange and unusual. The rooms are spacious, and offer a good view. The staff is courteous. Overall a great experience.

Good staff, nice rooms, great food and near to Airport. What else is required ?

It is not bad according to the Taiwan standard. The food will not be diarrhea, the whole area is full of liquid electric mosquito coils, there is a swimming pool outside, there is a conference area, and it is within 10 minutes from the airport. India has such a value of 5 stars

Dont care a hoot for guests. Post the wrong GST no on the invoice and later refuse to correct it citing that changes are not possible post check out

Well maintained hotel
Check in and check out was easy hassle free.
Food is great. Their chefs take all efforts to accommodate your request even if it is late night.
Staffs are efficient and well groomed.
Gym and swimming pool is quiet good.
Airport is about 5 minutes away.
Closest mall is Phoenix which is about 20mins away. The hotel offers free shuttle service(just drop) to the mall.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great hospitality, clean & comfy rooms, delicious food, beautiful property.

Other families provided are good but the lunch provided to the marriage function was not upto the standard. In particular I have never come across the experience of coconut rice being served to the vegetarians in such a wedding feast conducted that too in a 4 star hotel.. Even in that coconut rice there were plenty of mustard seeds which were not even fried properly. So I personally feel it needs personal attention of the administrators.

Excellent locale, beautiful landscaping, extremely polite staff, unobtrusive and solicitous service, great food and comfortable rooms. Loved being here and the amazing hospitality
