We purchased two Alberta Spruce from Tri City at $60 a piece. One of them died. Even though I had several pictures and our Credit Card statement showing proof of purchase, they would not replace it. No integrity!

Purchased $500+ worth of shrubs. Bought ONE more than we needed by accident. Drove 30 minutes back to return the $49 shrub. They would only give $9 on return because I didn't purchase their warranty, which by the way wasn't offered at time of purchase. They have a good selection but clearly take advantage of their customers.

Why are you doing deliveries at 2:30 a.m. next to a heavy residential area? Do the cops need to get involved for a solution of not waking up people at 2:30 in the morning with your noisy deliveries?

I paid $162 for a tree last September and it was dead this spring. I took it back with tag still on and a copy of the charge to my credit card. They refused to give me a refund or a new tree and would make no adjustment whatsoever because I did not have the original receipt. Their business motto appears to be, "if you can find a technicality, give the customer no consideration."

Overall decent experience. Bought three very nice Tulip trees about three years ago. They are doing wonderful and we re fairly priced for large trees. Decent selection. Prices are slightly more than other nurseries. It s a large nursery and it can be hard to find a customer service rep, but when asked they were friendly. They seem to do a lot of business with larger landscape companies, and cater to that. Tri-city, if your reading this my constructive advice is to make a better effort to cater to the average customer.

My husband and I visited Tri City for the first time last weekend. We were very impressed with the huge selection of trees, bushes and plants. They offer free consultations to help in planning and several people helped us with gardening questions while we were there, including the owner / manager! They have fountains, bird feeders, decor and more. I also really liked their selection of gardening tools and their lean towards more safe organic farming products.

If you want Belgard don t get it from Tri-City nursery their hours are horrible, they are not even the same company. All they can say is, Sorry....cannot help. Ownership needs to come up with a better plan if y all want more business. Come up with a better system in a small town.

Called the rep that s selling the Belgard, he s amazing to work with, don t listen to the people saying sorry I cannot help. Better communication.

Now I understand why J&J is so much better and busier than Tri City. First off, we found that Tri City s prices were MUCH higher than what we ve paid for the same plants. We ended up returning a few plants that we wanted to switch out and Tri City charged a 15% restocking fee. What?! To place the shrubs back 10 feet from the check out register... pathetic. Well, least to say, we have no reason to go back. Tri City has lower selection, higher prices, and unreasonable fees. Back to J&J we go!
