I was put on a waiting list in september, they said it would take 6-8 weeks for them to see me meaning at the latest sometime in november, i called again in december-january to see what was going on and they told me a few more weeks, it s now march might just go somewhere else

Great staff and the Therapist's are fantastic our family needed to come several years and they are great at getting to the problem quickly and helping you work through it and tools to not have such a hard time if things come up again, they helped with my brother's PTSD i highly recommended TriCity
Very detrimental. The counselor Michelle did not listen or believe what I was saying. She sided with the parent. Forcing teens into psychiatric and counseling services is always a horrible idea. They should only be there if they choose. She specializes in anger management? What a joke. She could not see why I was so angry and tried to make me feel like I shouldn't have been. Since when is devalidation anger management? The phsyciatrists were way worse. Changed my meds when they didn't need to be and my grades went from mostly As to mostly F's. She was awful. Beware.
Our therapist was excellent. However, their administration staff, specifically the billing idiot, was the most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. Very hard to actually schedule something and constant billing issues. Not worth the hassle.
I loved, Daiana made me super safe and were very attentive! super recommend
