Even in the mere delivery of judicial certificates, sympathy and cordiality is non-existent. Sufficient work in an environment like this is intolerable, especially when dealing with the public. I choose 2 stars and not 1 because the carabiniere at the entrance was really kind to communicate the information.

Hi I unfortunately have to give a negative review.
Get the paperwork (certificates) done online and that's okay then I arrive at the counter after 3 days of waiting one assumes they are ready and then you show up and they tell you I'm not ready without giving you an explanation or a lot of arrogance and then why instead of saying you can go to the office from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13 .when you make us wait outside and also taking the water from head to toe to the face of the spacing should be the first place to have the right precautions to assist people hopefully in the future there are more organized arrangements and more friendly staff.

Uneducated employees and inquisitors ..... courtesy and empathy are unknown

I give a star because it is a must, I (and many many many others) I wonder if the people who work there know what they are doing? Rather than show up in the office and get a copy of the request, be dictated what to write on the request, get a written copy of the documents needed for the request AND IT IS STILL NOT GOOD ..... a person must do !!!!! The Italian state must fail and rebuild itself on the ashes of this scum, maintained, incompetent
