A miserable reception at the office by a person (a lady with very short hair) ridiculously contemptuous, answering each of my questions (though well-founded) by an exasperated eyebrow. Court officials should be reminded that citizens come to file cases to obtain, not charity, but justice. A little respect is needed. For the record, the court is financed by our taxes, that it gives even less desire to pay. Heartbreaking.
