Pretty ghetto. I tried to get in at this place. It is one of the only affordable housing options in n. Seattle. The entire time i was approved from the waiting list which was for about a year... They had empty units. Rebecca, the property manager held some bias against me based on rumors spread by people who don't even know me. Quite honestly the most unprofessional housing agency I have ever encountered. Once she was sure I was housed elsewhere, she called to offer me a unit so that I would decline and shed be able to legally remove my name from the waiting list. Petty and unprofessional.
Just so you know I have known about this place for about 6 years and in that time alone I have seen 4 suicides here. Stay away if you value your life.
