DO NOT PURCHASE! Item was defective when it was received, sent back to seller who then refused to honor refund! Very rude customer service! Item costed $1,743. STAY AWAY!!!

very rude owner and bad customer service. after they got our money they sent us our merchandise after more than two months and it was defected very cheap quality we sent it back to get refunded and they never refunded us or sent it back to us. please be careful when ordering from this crappy supplier.

Great products, I ordered from the website and the order was shipped next day. I only purchased some tray cover and bibs but so far great service.

I used to get some supplies from tri county dental. The main staff I was working with was always really nice and helpful. Today I came in and the owner basically told me he had a right to refuse service because I was not placing a big order. This is after the fact I was already told they would place my order and I drove all the way down to pick it up and pay for it. He was extremely rude and said since I am not placing a big order he has the right to refuse service. If he has a question why he never got a big order from our office he should look in the mirror. That s why, because it is so clear how greedy he is and customer service is not a concern for him, only $$. There are so many good suppliers for dental do not use tri county dental and get cheated or disrespected.

They have a really huge collection of dental supplies. Got everything I wanted from one place. Great deals and customer service too. All in all a nice experience.
