Beautiful Resort, extremely delicious food and pretty rooms. However, services really need to be worked on.

One of the Best place for destination wedding they have amazing food and the event organisor are really good. Everytime was ready on time.
Room are also good and big enough. Most of their rooms and double bed.

Amazing place to spend 2 days just to chill.

We went there to attend the marriage of a relative and I found this place great, to spend some quality time with your family/friends. We stayed in Double bed rooms which were spacious fitted with swipe card based access, intercom, too springy mattresses and courteous staff. the poolside view overlooking the resort was nice. Couldn't try the food there. the water park can be a fun place for kids. All in all a nice place for a weekend gateway (If you want to spend time in a resort).

King style treatment
Had been to this enormous, beautiful and elegant resort with my friends from 6-9th November. We loved the resort so much that we actually extended our vacation by one more day. The staff are very friendly and very responsive

Overall experience was good, food was excellent. Ambience was good . Will sure visit near future.

Best resort location but not good service by resort staff as expected.

Inspite of such big campus and a constant running team. This hotel fails to serve for basic rights for their local dogs. I've been guest for 3days, and have observed major issues regarding the same. I've informed all the reporting managers about the situation, but in return the dog was beaten and harrased and left helpess in a very bad climatic condition. Whosoever reads this have a check on the pets condition and small update will be a kind step.

Overall amazing exp but washroom doors was not proper and if possible a watch can be placed..

Great resort with all basic amenities with friendly staff & prompt service..spacious room & the most thing I liked was the cleanliness..spot on..looking forward to visit with friends & family . One thing didn't like was the wifi as u got very less mobile network reception so wifi should be working decently ..otherwise great resort with great food

I visited this place with my wife for a professional function and spent 2 days /1 night here. The approach road from Ahmedabad -Mumbai NH is in a pathetic shape and takes unduly long time. The resort on the whole is reasonably equipped. Room allotted to us was nice and big with a king and a queen size bed each, making it convenient for families with kids to stay together. This was a ground floor room with decent view of the swimming pool and the garden area.
Wash room size was nice but it was extremely smelly due to choked drain and one could not shower due to the water not draining out. Help was provided, when asked for, but that did not suffice. I feel that a place like this must have better QC before rooms are allotted.
Food quality as part of the buffet was not up to the mark and needs considerable improvement.
Service is poor and the waiters as well as supervisory staff are not trained properly, often leading to miscommunication.
The hotel acts miserly in providing bottled drinking water. With the general condition around making one skeptical about the cleanliness and hygiene, its difficult to rely on their RO water supplied in jugs.
Simple facts like 4 people in a room will need 4 towels, 4 glasses, 4 cups and so on had to be impressed upon at regular intervals.
Overall, a sorry state of affairs.

Nice resort. Great to hangout with a gang of 10-15 members. For all age groups. Nice lawns and swimming pool. Great and reasonable pricing at Dawat restaurant. Loved it's cheese veg sandwiches and dal Khichdi very much.

To have a good time do not visit this place.
Well to begin with, no one to help you with luggage! Arrogant and disrespectful staff! They try to make their work easy by saying "NO" for any request.
The Diwali buffet was probably the worst yet. The concept of customer satisfaction does not exist.
