Poor quality control. Out of over 300 components maybe 20 where numbered and of that 5 made sense the other 15 were numbered wrong (e.g. component had 09 or 60 written on it but according to component plan specs it could only be number 65) the REST were unnumbered (took us TWO full days to measure EVERY component and find there number out of the 50+ A2 page component specific plans) wrong length stainless steel screws supplied to screw down deck. Ramset apoxy glue supplied but not the special caulking gun required for it. Original plans sent were wrong. Plans missing instructions. Multiple pre drilled holes at wrong diameter. Components have a right way up not clear in main plans forcing you to go to EACH components individual plan specifications. ALL but 3 stainless steel pre bent angle brackets were also not numbered each one different and ment only for a specific location so again more time was waisted measuring and searching plans. Stainless steel wire balustrade is a poor design in my opinion useing nut and blind riveting on outside of posts not threw post (they will rip out after a few kids use them to climb on).. it s also difficult to contact someone to answer questions. I will NEVER build anything with the name treadwell on it again.

I had a great experience dealing with the Treadwell Group. I was looking for something that would be easy to maintain and also able to withstanding the vagaries of a flood at our shack (at Brenda Park, Morgan). The customer service I received during the planning and acquisition was outstanding. When I had a problem with the order, through my oversight, they were willing to help me resolve my issue and I now have the finished product I set out to achieve. A great product, a great company to deal with that provided great customer service.

I have been involved with a number of projects with Treadwell group over the last 2 years, in this we have gone through from design to completion without any problems, the design takes a bit of time but no different from any other design company, we worked direct with our contact at Treadwell, to complete the design and have approved by our client prior to fabrication, we were given set time frames of delivery and had to work to these time frames having to work in and around public and tourist access to ensure minimal disruption to the clients business, with this all our gear turned up on time and was all on site ready when it was suppose to be, this was the first time using this product and out first time to erect anything like this, so going through it was like any other new project.
We found all components worked to our set out, this project was to install a new boardwalk & using this product was our first time, once it was all sorted out we managed to get the project completed under time and budget and had a number of very good responses from our client in regards to being a high quality product & finish. all up we were very impressed with Treadwells design, supply on time, and constant back up of information during our installation.
Treadwell were a great company to deal with & have been in touch a number of times to see if they could help in anyway on future projects, i would have no hesitation on recommending Treadwell group to assist with any project using their FRP products, great product, easy to deal with & always helpful.

Wow! I decided to take my two daughters here for breakfast before having a shopping day in Adelaide. The fibreglass factory was very empty a bad sign but I had found a Coles receipt voucher in my bag and it gave us two breakfasts to the value of $57. Once seated we waited and waited and finally the owner made his way to us with menu's. The breakfast choices were very poor, the most expensive meal was $16.95, so we were confused as to how we could be entitled to a breakfast for 2 totaling $57!!! We waited and waited and finally the owner a rude and arrogant man took our order. I just wanted a coffee and he said this was unacceptable and that I HAD to order a meal, otherwise he was going to charge me $20. I was very confused and said that no way was I going to pay $20 for a coffee!!! I stood up to leave with my coles receipt voucher in my hand and he lunged forward at me grabbed my arm and tried to wrestle the voucher out of my hand shouting obscenities at me and my daughters. I told him to calm down, managed to get free of him and moved quickly outside and down the road. He shouted that he was in financial difficulty and I am NOT surprised. I thought the idea of a voucher was to encourage you to try the care and then create ambiance that would encourage you to go back and for you to tell all your friends what a wonderful experience you had, not to be abused by rude restaurant owners!!! The decor was awful and I would NEVER ever return!!! Top of my list as the worst fibreglass factory in Australia!! Please don't even bother trying it out you will be wasting your time Can't say I have ever been wrestled with in a fibreglass factory in my life before.

Having collaborated with Treadwell on numerous projects, I am truly appreciative of the hands on support they provide for each work assignment. The designs and inputs they share have been truly valuable towards the project's success. Keep up the good work, guys!
